When the doctors got all the kids out of Transigen, Amaya stuck with Daniel who cares for her very deeply like a sister and she sticks by him and Laura but she is scared of logan, so she doesn't say anything to him. Amaya also had the DNA of Hydro (Adrian) of the X-Men.
