After they had an affair, a few weeks later, she found out she was pregnant. Lila did think of coming clean but she knew that Klaus would never believe her and she knew that Vienna would be in danger so she left Vienna on the Salvatore doorstep when she was a baby and when Stefan was 2 and never saw her again. After a few years, Vienna was a powerful witch as a child but always hid her abilities from her family, even her own brothers but she did teach herself how to use her powers. After her brothers became vampires, Katherine turned her next mostly for fun, then when she found her brothers and she first killed a human, it activated her wolf side which was incredibly surprising to her brothers and she officially became a tribrid but had no idea what she was. During their immortal life, Vienna and her brothers drifted apart and she ran away and found a pack who taught her how to be a werewolf and they were her friends and like family to her for 10 years, then Stefan found her and took her home with her consent of course, and after the Mikaelsons found out who and what she was she went to new Orleans where she got to know her family better and help them through tough times. And when hope was born, she swore that she would always protect, love, and look after her. And she knew if she lost hope, she would lose the only part of herself staying together
