I woke up to the sound of familiar voices yelling loudly at each other . I slowly opened my eyes seeing that gon and killua were fighting over something, probably something stupid I thought in aggravation. I slowly sat up from the couch turning my head in the direction of the kitchen where the boys were at. "SHUT IT", the Boys quickly went quiet and looked at me flinching a little. "Why are you two being THIS loud, it's" I looked at my phone. "EIGHT.IN.THE.MORNING". Killua and gon walked up to me in front of the couch, killua held up a big bag of empty chips swinging it side to side. "We're hungry and GON decided to eat the last of the chips.
A soft knock was heard. I quickly walked up to the door looking through the peephole seeing it was leorio. I unlocked the door and greeted leorio with a hug, having him wrap his arms around me as well. "Hey leorio, what are you doing here?" I said letting him in. "Well I came to check up on you guys since you're still in this hotel, but I mainly came here to get the kids". "Oh well since you came here to get them can I give you my card and you take them to get breakfast please, it'd really help since I have to restock on food for us" I said nervously. "Yea i don't mind".I smiled and quickly grabbed my wallet passing him the card.
"to repay you back for letting me use your car yesterday just get yourself something, but don't lose my card". leorio nodded his head letting me know he understood what to do. I looked down at leorio's hand for a second and grabbed it. I intertwined our fingers and held it up. I looked at leorio seeing him with a bit of blush on his cheeks while being confused as well. "Listen leorio, you're the ONLY person I trust to watch these kids while I'm gone, if they get hurt you'll get hurt too. listen nice and clear cause I won't repeat myself, if anything happens to these kids, there will be consequences". I quickly pushed my fingers forward bending his back. "Have them home before 10 Mr. Leorio".
Leorio fell to his knees holding his hand in pain. "Y-yes ma'am". I smiled looking at the boys, "alright well I'll see you two dorks later", they laughed and helped Leorio up to his feet. "See ya" Killua said while gon waved at me smiling. As I heard the door shut I walked into the big room of the hotel, looking through my bag I pulled out an outfit of choice. I got up and headed to the shower. I turned on the water stepping in. (Don't need no details so skip) I stepped out of the shower grabbing a towel and drying myself off, after putting my clothes on, I stepped out grabbing my shoes and putting them on. When I was done I heard a ding sound come from my phone.
I grabbed the phone seeing a text message from the clown himself
Unknown #: illumi and I are bored where are you~♥️ Me: I don't care how you OR illumi feel I'm busy Unknown #: Y/N you're so cruel why not loosen up a bit~♥️ Me:bye I turned the phone off and put it in my pocket. I left the hotel with the other key, the first one I had given to leorio just Incase they got back before me. I walked down the streets looking at the view of people walking around,and going in and out of stores, buying and shopping as well. I was observing new things I haven't seen before considering where I lived had a different view, it wasn't bad but it just didn't have that type of feeling. As I was stuck in thought I heard my stomach grumble in hunger, I put my hand on my tummy, "yea let's get something to eat BEFORE we go shopping.
I walked into a cafe that looked pretty nice, the smell of coffee and cinnamon hit my nostrils leaving a satisfied feeling. there was a black leather couch leaning against the wall, along with wooden tables and seats spread around the cafe. I looked around and saw there were only two people sitting at separate tables, one of them was a girl typing up things on her computer, headphones locked to her ears. The other one was a man who sat patiently sitting with his coffee reading a book.
I decided to take a table that was close to the window just so I could see the nice view. I sat down quietly while a waitress came up to my table. "Hello, welcome to CP's Cafe. What can I get for you?" they said getting ready to write my order down. "Hehe I've never been here but I guess I'll order th-" I was ready to give my order until the door of the cafe opened catching the attention of me and the waitress. I immediately put my palm to my face, sighing in irritation. The clown himself and his friend "illumi" walked up to my table staring at me. The waitress looked up at them and started quivering in fear, her grip on the notepad tightened, while she clicked the pen repeatedly.
I would've expected her to act like this if they were giving off their aura, but they weren't,which confused me on the way she was acting. "C-can I get you two s-something?" She said trying to keep eye contact with them, "no thanks" illumi said. She then looked at me,I sighed heavily, "can I just have a green tea to go". The waitress looked at me nodding and speed walking away to the back. I saw Illumi and Hisoka take a seat in front of me making me turn my head looking out the window, if I couldn't get anything to eat out of here I'd rather just admire the view right here and right now, but I can't do that if they're here.
I turned my head looking at them, hisoka with a relaxed face and illumi staring out the window as well. I rolled my eyes at the scene of my supposed to be enjoyable morning to my now wanting to end the day already, I just really can't hang around these too, they're just so irritating. Soon the time had come and the waitress came giving me my tea. I looked at her smiling, "thank you" she was still shaking a little but managed to put a weak smile on her face. I was about to get up and leave until hisoka said something. "Oh y/n why in such a rush, we nearly just got here, why not stay and talk?" "Yeah, I'm good," I walked past them and headed for the door. "I'd be a shame if something were to happen to gon or killua". I stopped in my tracks. "Don't you dare think about laying a finger on them" I said, turning my head towards hisoka.
I walked back to the seat and sat down. "Now that we have your attention, let's get serious," illumi said his gaze now on me.
