Over the time of waiting to see what would happen next, pakunoda had eventually showed up. Most of the time me and phinks had made a bit of a convo, just random things is all. "I'm taking the kids and the girl back, let's go". I got up while Gon and Killua broke out of the chains. They both stretched and yawned. "Well it was nice meeting you, hopefully we won't ever have to run into each other and fight like this...ever". To be honest I was totally grateful and lucky that I had that cookie in my purse. Since phinks likes my cookies I can give him some and we're all buddy buddy, then on the other hand I saved nobunaga, so I hope I'm on his good side along with him wanting me to join. I just have to hope they won't lay another finger on the boys
Me,Gon and Killua walked to the car. I decided to sit in the front while Gon and Killua sat in the back. On the way it was pretty quiet, but Gon and I exchanged a few words with each other. Sometimes Gon would try saying something to killua, but he would just stare out the window and give a dry response. After a bit of driving we made it to some place with blimps, a big area, maybe an airport? I wasn't sure. We all got out of the car. Pakunoda told us to stand on her side and don't move. When we did, I then saw kurapika with a very familiar man who's hair was slicked back, some type of coat with a fluffy material around the neck etc etc. "alright we'll have them slowly walk over to each other". Kurapika said looking at pakunoda. She then nodded in response.
"Now". Me Gon and killua started to walk over to kurapika, but as the man walked past us, I side eyed him which in response he smiled at me and turned forward. We made it over to kurapika and melody. I was glad because the phantom troupe has some kind of annoying members who will get backhanded if they keep trying me. But speak of the devil himself. Hisoka had showed up with no shirt on. He walked up in front of the man, but I couldn't bother to pay attention.We then silently made it to a car. Kurapika drove, melody sat in the passenger, and me, Gon and Killua sat in the back. It was pretty quiet, like it has been this whole night.
I then felt a head lean on me. I looked over to see it was gon. He must've been tired, which I don't blame him on, because honestly I'm a bit tired too. I saw Killua lean his head on the window, sleeping peacefully. "Are you guys hurt?". Kurapika said. "No, but the boys aren't either so we're good". "Did they do anything to any of you?" I shook my head. "No, but I don't think we'll have to worry about them hurting the boys anymore". Kurapika looked confused a bit. "And why's that?" I chuckled a bit. "It's a crazy story but, I had saved that nobunaga dude from being pierced by the sword you threw, then he found out I was the one from the auction and wanted me to join, Don't worry I said no, but then I had a cookie left and gave the other half to phinks, which he found delicious".
After some more time, we finally made it back to the hotel. I was relieved. I woke the boys up, telling them we're back. They didn't hesitate getting up and leaving the car. Kurapika looked at melody, which in response she nodded. I saw her following the boys. "Y/n can you get In the front please". I made my way to the passenger side of the car. Don't ask how I did. Kurapika sighed heavily, putting his face in his hands. "Are you okay?". He asked. "Well now I am, after the whole thing...I do want to apologize though". Kurapika looked at me and shook his head. "No you don't hav-". "I really do kurapika, my actions yesterday were not acceptable, I put myself in a dire situation, i know I wanted to help but..I shouldn't have done it like that. I'm sorry kurapika and I hope you can forgive me". I fiddled with my fingers a bit. Kurapika grabbed my hand holding it with both of his now. "Y/n I also want to apologize, really I do. I care about you, and I don't want to see anything happen to you. After all that's happened to me, losing somebody like you could really drive me up the wall so much, I was worried,lost...and afraid all at once
But then when you didn't understand why I was having these emotions about what you did, my anger stirred up and It was like I was somebody else. All those things I said to you please please please know I didn't mean any of that, I-I was blind by rage, and I just... I just don't wanna lose you, so please forgive me". I took my hand and intertwined our fingers together tight. We leaned in and kissed.......Each other's hand. Me and Kurapika did this to seal the deal that we both messed up and we've learned our lesson, becoming good with each other again. I hugged Kurapika and he hugged back. It was a warm and forgiving hug, we were on good terms now and nothing felt awkward. I got out of the car and made my way into the hotel. I got into the elevator and then walked to the room seeing melody leaving. I smiled at her in which she smiled back. I went into the room, locking the door. I saw gon walk up to me holding a letter and a rose. "Y/n!". "If you're trying to ask me out, it's a big fat no" I said putting my hands up in defense.
Gon shook his head. "No, this was in front of our hotel door. I looked at it and saw it had your name on the front". Gon gave me the mysterious letter along with the rose. "Be careful it has thorns". He said. I read the letter. It Was really some cheesy stuff but it was weird because where you put who it's going to it said "Mines" and where you write who's it's from it said yours. It kinda freaked me out since it was for me. Well who knows maybe it is one of Hisoka's little come home presents for me. He's the only person I know would do something so mysterious and off like this, plus if it gave me weird vibes it has to definitely be him. I looked at my phone and saw it was 6:00. I only had 45 more minutes to get ready. I pulled a pair of jeans out with a black shirt, and my favorite jacket with the grey strings on it. I went to the bathroom, turning the water on and getting in. (Rubber duckies are duckies made of rubber material). I got out of the shower and dried myself off, I slipped my clothes on and left the bathroom. It was now 6:43. I heard my phone ding. Seeing it was Hisoka telling me he's outside.
I was about to leave until gon stopped me. "Y/n can you tell me now?". Damn. "Uhh right now, I have somewhere to be sorry". I leaned over and kissed Gon's head while grabbing the letter and rose. I walked out of the hotel and saw Killua leaning on the building. It confused me a little bit on why he was out here. It made me wanna tell him to go inside, but I couldn't, because he said he didn't need me, so he doesn't need my assistance or care since he's old enough. I guess. I got into the car seeing Hisoka in his normal clothes. "Made a scene out there huh?" I said, rolling my eyes. "He didn't have nen so I can't fight him". Hisoka looked dissatisfied. He started the car and drove away. "So I saw your present at the door for me".
