Y/F/C- your favourite colour.

"What's your favourite colour?" Tom asks you as you lay under the stars.

You look at him confused and then laugh a little.

"Why?" You ask as you turn your head to face him.

It was a question Tom loved to ask people. He said that you could tell a lot about someone by their favourite colour.

"Well I really like y/f/c," you begin, "but not a really bright y/f/c, I like a more neutral version that isn't as eye catching because I'm not really like that."

Tom listened as your lips moved to answer the question, he was mesmerised by ever piece of you.

"You're wrong." Was all he said.

"How could I be wrong about my favourite colour?" You ask him confused.

"No, I mean you're wrong about being eye catching." He whispers to you.

You don't speak because Tom finishes what he was saying.

"You caught my eye the moment I met you and I can't seem to look away." He mutters to you and then positions himself so that he is laying on his back and looking up at the stars that shine above him.

You move your body so that your head is resting on Tom's chest and you whisper to him, "you caught my eye the moment I caught a glimpse of you."

And then the two of you lay with each other, embracing the warmth of each other's bodies as you lay under the same starry sky with the only person you need in your life.
