A/n: Guess who stayed up and accidentally wrote two extra chapters for today for literally no reason? Me. I did. You're welcome.

The wind was picking up and snow started falling. There was going to be a storm. It was hardly even sunset yet. They could still make it in one trip, but (Y/n) figured it would be better to make a pit stop at a place she hasn't been to in a while. Sabertown.

She pulls her horse into the big public stables and helps Tubbo carry their bags, walking straight into the pub, remembering Michelle's warm nature. (Y/n) opens the doors to the lively shouting and gambling, guiding Tubbo by the shoulders in front of her. Tubbo looks around curiously as (Y/n) makes their way to the bar. She waited for the barkeep to get out of the back kitchen and stood silently with Tubbo, admiring the well-lit place, decorated in tapestry and carvings.

"Are ya lost lass?" asked a man sitting next to her at the bar, taking a sip of the toxic beverage. "I know where I am," she replies, not even looking at him. "Well, whatcha up to then? Care for a drink in exchange for being blessed by your beauty this evening?" he asked, simply getting closer to her unmoving face. "I don't drink," she mumbled. "Well, that's no problem, we can still talk, can't we?" he said, finally putting his drink down.

(Y/n) finally turned to him, with a hateful glare. "You best mind your damn business mister," she said, only loud enough for him to hear, scowling. Finally, the man backs off. "Alright, alright, ain't gotta be so harsh," he said. "But let me warn ya, keep talking like that and someone is gonna put you in your place." He said bitterly, getting up and walking to another table of men.

Finally, (Y/n) lets out a small tremble. Tubbo feels it in her hands, still gripping his shoulder. "Are you ok, (Y/n)?" asked the small boy. "Yeah, just nervous," she replied. She had never spoken to anyone like that before. Finally, a young lady walked out from behind the bar. Michelle. She looked at (Y/n) and her face instantly brightened up. "(Y/n)! You're here!" she almost yelled in surprise. She put down the crate of mugs she was holding and hustled her and Tubbo behind the counter. "It's been, god knows how long! Years, for sure," she said, bringing them into the all-familiar kitchen.

"Yeah, I missed you, how has the pub been?" she asked, finally wearing a smile. "It's fantastic! Ron is even out of town right now at a merchant guild to get supplies to expand. But what are you doin' here?" she asked. She looked down and noticed the little horned brunette. "Who is this cute fella? Your kiddo? I didn't take you to be the type to be into hybrids," she teased, nudging her shoulder, causing (Y/n) to get a little flustered. "No way! It's nothing like that, Tubbo here is basically my brother." She said quickly, making Michelle chuckle.

"Calm down, deary, I was just kidding! Besides, what are you, like 15?" "I'm 16, but good guess. Tubbo is 13." said (Y/n). Tubbo shyly speaks up. "Your hair is very pretty," he mumbled. It really was. Her blond hair was in a gorgeous waterfall braid, and her long wavy bangs framed her face perfectly. "Aw, what a lil flatterer, quite the charmer, watch him," she whispers the last part, winking at (Y/n), causing her to laugh.

"Oh, I forgot to ask, is that room upstairs taken?" Asks the (h/c) haired girl, causing Michelle to stop. "I don't think it is, but cmon, you shouldn't be staying here in that dirty old beer-stained room, why don't you crash at my place?" she offers. "Are you sure? We will only be here for one night, and I don't have much cash on me, and I wouldn't want to intrude-" she was cut off. "Aw hush that, you ain't intruding on nothin'! And money ain't really a big thing we need right now, so you ain't gotta pay," she said, dragging them out the back door. "Follow me," she said, walking out and down the street. "Arent you the only one there right now? What if someone needs something?" asks Tubbo. "They're grown men, they can handle themselves... maybe," she adds quickly.

They get to a house and struggle with the door against the snowy wind. "No one should be here but my lil sister and her friend, so make yourselves at home, you can sleep in the room up the stairs and to the right," she said. "I best be gettin back to the bar now to make sure it ain't caught on fire, haha, see ya tomorrow!" she said, closing the door on the two in the hallway. "Well, up the stairs and on the right." repeated (Y/n).

Once they got upstairs and to the room, they closed the door and put their stuff down. The bed was pushed against the wall in the far corner and across the room was a desk and a chair. "Tubbo, change into your nightclothes, I'm gonna go find the bathroom and change there." Said (Y/n). "Alright." (Y/n) walks out and closes the door, taking her nightgown in her hand through the hallways, and peering through the open doors, in search of a bathroom.

After coming to the conclusion that all the rooms on that floor were bedrooms and a linen closet, she went back downstairs. The lights in the attached kitchen and living room were on. Two girls played with blocks and dolls on the floor, looking up to see (Y/n) walking near them. "Howdy there, ma'am, how can I help ya? I'm the sheriff 'round these parts!" Said the first girl, looking like a replica of Michelle, holding up a cowboy doll. "Ah, well, I'm looking for the bathroom, can you help me, Sheriff?" asked (Y/n), playing along. "Of course, It's past the kitchen, down the hall. It's the last door," she replied.

(Y/n) let out a quick "Thank you" before marching down the hall and to the bathroom, where she quickly changed and went back up to Tubbo. "Are you hungry? I got some jerky and bread." said the girl, sitting on the bed next to her little brother. "Yes please, can I have the bread?" he asked. (Y/n) reached down and pulled out the food from her bag, giving it to Tubbo. The two lay on the bed together and tell each other good night before going to bed.
