A sudden change of fate.
When a broken hearted girl meets the gay.

Isa sa pinapangarap ni Natalie dati ang maikasal sa lalaking mahal niya at mamahalin niya habang buhay. Kaya nong nagpropose sa kanya ang long term boyfriend, ay agad na Omuo siya rito.

Sa pitong taon na mag boyfriend - girlfriend sila ni James, wala na siyang may nakitang iba na mamahalin kundi ang binata lamang.

James promise her forever. Naiisip pa lang niya, sobrang swerte niya na sa mapapangasawa. She already reach her dreams and goals, kasal nalang nila ni James ay sobrang enough na sa kanya.

What else could have happen if everything feels so surreal?

One Month before the wedding, may natanggap siyang mensahe sa nobyo. "Let's call this wedding off." James, her ex-boyfriend admits he was cheating behind her back.

Sa isiping nagbibiro lang ito, agad niyang pinuntahan sa bahay ang binata.

James is not joking at all, inamin din nang dating nobyo na matagal na pala siyang niloloko.

Pa-virgin daw siya kaya siya pinagpalit. Just because she was saving her first to the man she loves and treasures, she's already uptight? Tangina? Ano klaseng rason yun? Kaya ka nag cheat dahil may pangangailangan ka bilang lalaki?

Sa sobrang sakit na nararamdaman niya, she didn't think twice. She drunk herself until she feels numb. Wala na siyang pake sa pait ng alak.

"That's enough woman," ani ng kung sino man. He has this baritone voice na parang inaakit siya. Sino ba to?

"I said enough." Medyo pagalit na ani nang estranghero. Inis na nilingon siya ni Natalie.

Only to find out na kaibigan pala ng boss niya ang estrangherong lalaki. Doctor Wander Dela Cruz.

Ang misteryosong Doctor sa Hospital na trinatrabuhan niya na may tinatagong nakakamatay na sekreto.
