Author Note: I'm trying to bust out the rest of season 3 because I'm so excited to write season 4. Only FOUR episodes to go!
So this isn't edited so I could just post it :)

"Why won't he just stay dead?!" Jean growls at Reiner as we all stare in shock. "What the hell do we do against something like that?"I reach down and pay Mikas's head and begin to feel queasy, like something is about to go completely wrong. I try to push it out of my mind, but the fear lingers.
"Hey, Armin." Jean interrupts my thoughts. I think getting Eren out of her safety might be the best we can hope for."
"He's thinner..." Armin whispers whilst staring up at Bertholdt. "The Colossal Titan. He's gotten a little thinner."
"Yeah..." I realize what Armin is seeing.
"Guys!" Armin turns around and a faces the three of us with wide eyes. "Its exactly like Hange said! Our best bet against the Colossal Titan is a battle of attrition! You remembered experiments with Eren? He could only transform up to three times. If thats the case for a 15-meter Titan, a 60-meter might be even less efficient! And then there's the steam. I think he must be burning through flesh and muscle tissue to produce it. Everything except for his skeleton."
"So what are you saying?" Jean stands up straighter, feeling the effects of the possible hope we have at winning.
"Armin..." I step closer to him, feeling like he's about to do something stupid.
"I have a plan," he gives me a confident look. "The rest of you need to draw Reiner away. Eren and I will defeat the Colossal Titan ourselves. The two of us can do it. Trust me on this."
"All right then," Mikas speaks first while I'm left staring at our friend. "You leave Reiner to us and get going."
Armin's lips curl into a smile at us and I can't help but feel happy he's back to his usual self, but there's that haunting feeling of impending doom.
"Sure took ya long enough," Jean scolds, but we all know that's his way of appreciating Armin. "You had me thinking we were all going to die here."
Jean and Mikasa turn to head towards Reiner and Armin starts to head for Eren, but I pull on his cloak to stop him.
"What is your plan Armin," I hold on to him. "Why don't you want our help?"
"I have to do this, okay? Plus, you need to keep Jean out of trouble," he smiles meekly. "I think this will work."
"Will it?" I frown.
"I believe so..."
"Okay, Armin. I trust you," I pull him into an embrace, placing my chin on his shoulder. "Good luck."
"You too, Sophie."
Armin continues on and I follow after the others, trying not to look back. Armins smart, so I don't doubt his plan, but I'm worried just how far he'll go to end this.
Right now, everyone back home is counting on us. Historia is in charge of leading this island and we can't let her down... we must achieve our goal so she can rule over a land that will know peace. If we can somehow find a way to stop all of this, our lives will be changed forever. All my faith is in my comrades now, I believe we have a chance...
"We're leaving Bertholdt to them," I hear Jean inform Connie and Sasha as I near them. "We have to trust they can handle him. As for us, we need to keep Reiner at a safe distance. Fly just close enough to him to get his attention."
