Avengers x Reader One Shots

Party Crasher - Loki Laufeyson (Romantic)

Tony Stark was known for throwing all different types of parties. Dinner parties weren't all that common, nor were dress up parties. Balls and galas happened every now and then, but the most popular was cocktail parties.

The Avengers mingled around the party. They all wore their nice clothes and were enjoying the evening. That is, until the doors opened.

A beautiful woman with h/c hair and e/c eyes walked into the party wearing a skin-tight, emerald green dress. The other guests just assumed it was a late arrival, but Thor and the rest of the Avengers knew she was a threat. Y/n Laufeyson, wife of Loki of Asgard, had been banished from Midgard and imprisoned for her actions against humanity. They had captured Loki after the battle of New York and he had been imprisoned in the tower, where the party was being held. She had escaped her prison on Asgard and was now here.

"Is that – is that her?" Sam asked through the comms.

"Yes," Thor growled.

"Only one of us should go up at first," Natasha said, already calculating what to do. "Get Bruce out of here."

"I will go first," Thor said.

"Thor," Steve said warningly.

"I know her," Thor said. "She is the wife of my brother and practically my sister. She has always been more reasonable than Loki."

Thor made his way through the crowd with a stony expression. He reached y/n and he face lit up with mischief.

"Thor," she purred. "It has been so long."

"Y/n," Thor said curtly. "You are not supposed to be here."

"Just in a prison cell, no?" y/n mocked, placing a hand on Thor's chest.

"What are you doing here?" Thor asked.

"Where is he?" she asked innocently.

"She wants Loki," Steve said through the comms.

"Yeah, no shit," Tony replied. "Thor, ditch the girl and get Loki somewhere else."

"Tell your friends that moving him is pointless," y/n growled. "I will get what I want."

"So, you can hear them," Thor stated.

"Of course, I can," y/n scoffed. "I can also hear their thoughts whirring away. I know exactly where he is and how to get into his cell."

"Well damn. She's good," Bucky said.

Y/n's lip twitched at that.

"You are not going to get in my way," y/n said.

"That does not work on me," Thor said.

"But it works on your friends," she said.

"Stay out of their heads," Thor growled. "You can either leave or join him."

Y/n paled. Thor had no idea why this woman would pale at that simple threat. Especially since she could easily beat him in a fight.

The threat reminded y/n of the mad titian.

Join him or watch as I snap his neck and force you to take over Midgard.

Those were the words that had been said to y/n. She had yielded, not wanting to lose the love of her life. She had been put under mind control and didn't fight against it. She was free now but needed the comfort of her husband.

Before New York, before the Frost Giant incident, y/n had been kind, strong, and stood up for what she believed in. Now, she was broken, vicious, and filled with anger.

"I will leave with him," she whispered.

"Sister," Thor said gently. "What happened? I would never believe that Loki did something to you. You jumped off of the bridge after him, and then came back different."

Y/n looked up at Thor with tears in her eyes.

"It matters not what did or did not happen. I just need my Loki back," y/n said.

"But something did happen," Thor pressed. "What was it, y/n?"

"I said, it does not matter," y/n snarled. "Now get out of my way or I –"

Y/n didn't get to finish her threat before a loud alarm went off.

"It's Loki," Tony said. "He's trying to get out."

"He knows that she is here," Thor said.

The crowd went crazy. They were running all over the place. Y/n took this distraction to slip away from Thor and make her way to her husband.

"She slipped away!" Thor yelled through the comms.

"I know I'm already deaf, but I think that made it worse," Clint said, rubbing his ear.

"Just get to Loki!" Steve ordered.

The team ran to Loki's cell to protect him.

"Let me out of here!" Loki snarled as the Avengers took their places in a circle around his cell.

"Stay quiet, Brother," Thor hissed.

Loki fumed but did as Thor said. The seconds seemed to tick on for hours. The Avengers turned to every noise, to every movement.

"Where is she?" Wanda asked.

"She is where you will least expect her to be," a voice said from behind.

The Avengers turned around to see y/n in the cell with Loki. Before they could do anything, she grabbed onto Loki's arm. The air shimmered around her, and then the husband and wife were gone, leaving the Avengers to deal with this very big problem.
