I sat quietly in the car waiting as Jimin returned from the 7 eleven he had stopped at on the way from the hospital. I was still processing how any if this even possible, how exactly he knew where I worked? How did he know I returned?Just why did he have to come when I was crying? He probably thinks I'm still this sad girl from before. God, why was I even crying? Woo-jin was a fucking dick, I can't believe I trusted him with that information and told him that... expecting him to understand.
If he did he wouldn't have ever done that, no matter how upset with me he was. I was brought out of my thoughts when I saw him leaving out the convenient store with a bag, he looked around continuously causing me to think he obviously didn't want to be seen.
Who was he hiding from?
He approaches the car, and gets inside before handing me the bag. I look at him, "what's this?" I ask him in confusion.
"Something to make you feel better." He tells me as he starts the car up, I look down in the bag to notice there was candy and chips in the bag.
I smile softly as he drives off, he was as sweet as I remember, he didn't change.
"So are you going to tell me why you were crying?" He casually asks me, causing me to turn to him as he focused on the road.
"Was it because of that doctor who was following you?" He asks causing me to eye him. A smirk appears on his face before looking away from me, I bit my tongue.
"So it was..." he trails off.
"Who is he anyway? A boyfriend of yours?" He asks causing me to almost immediately answer.
"No!" I pause realizing how loud I was.
"H-he isn't my boyfriend... he's just some guy I work with him." I inform him. He nods, "so why were you crying?" He asks once again.
I ignored his question to ask mine, "are you going to tell me how you found out where I worked?" I ask him.
"Yoongi told me...." He trails off as he merges into the intersection lane to get out to the highway.
Yoongi what?
Pause!"yoongi? You talked to yoongi?" I ask hearing it come out from my mouth sounded unreal itself. Yoongi and Jimin have always had bad blood between them, and now suddenly they're on talking terms.
"Yeah."
How?
He notices my confusion and explains without me evening having to ask. "Think about this way.... After you left, a lot of things changed." He tells me.
Okay, fair enough.
"How've you been... you know after all theses years?" He asks me casually as if what was going on wasn't weird or anything.
"I-i" I cut myself off stuttering, while looking at him. I sigh, "I'm sorry.... It just.. this is a lot to process right now. One, I haven't seen you in years and you show up. Two, you tell me yoongi told you were I worked, meaning you and him are on talking terms.. How?" I ask him causing him to chuckle at my rambling.
He takes his eyes off the road for only a second to look at me, "you haven't changed one bit, have you?" He asks smiling.
I look away from him, whatever that's supposed to mean. I have changed, there's just some parts of me that's still the same.
"Yoongi and I have always had our differences, but after you left, we surprisingly got over it. The more I think about you leaving, the more I realized how it changed everyone." He says confusing me.
