It was early in the morning, a quarter to three and I still couldn't sleep. I couldn't shake the thought of something worst then what I imagined... what could he be hiding from me.
It was like it was eating me alive, to know the truth. And I could tell I was close to figuring it out out.
I wanted to know so badly.
No. Correction. I needed to know.
I turned to the IV that was connected to me, and pulled it out of me.
I removed the sheet from of me, and got out of the bed. I walked across the room getting the clothes I had wore when I was admitted into here back up.
I placed back on my house slippers. I looked outside the hospital door to see two of yoongi's guards, guarding the door.
I slid the door open catching their attention, "Miss Brooks, your awake?" One asks causing me to slightly smile and nod.
The other looks at me from head to toe, "we have been instructed to watch over you until you are discharged tomorrow morning" he explains.
Watch over me. Let me guess. Yoongi just wanted to protect me. Right?
"I would like to leave now, if that is alright" I tell them about to walk down the hallway until I was stopped.
One of the guards blocks in front of me.
"Miss Brooks, Mr. Min informed us to watch over you until you are discharged tomorrow morning" he says once again.
"I-I heard you the first time but like I just said I would like to leave now" I say trying to pass him but obviously failed when other guards blocks my way.
I scoffed, "are you guys serious right now?" I asked them.
"Just doing our job, ma'am. Mr. Min and others are planning on visiting you, first thing in the morning when you are discharged, until then please go back to inside" the guard says motioning my hospital room, I just left out off.
I let out a deep sigh.
"You are not listening.... I would like to leave now" I spat seriously. I could careless if Yoongi wanted me to stay here or not, I needed to go speak to my mom.
Now.
"But Mr. Min- I cut him off, "I don't think he'll be happy, if he finds out his fiancé's wishes were ignored. All I want to do is go talk to my mother, I miss her... that's all" I explain sternly causing them to look at each other.
They look at each other confusedly, unsure what to do at the moment.
"Hand me your phone" I tell the one standing closer to me. He hesitantly pulls out his phone before handing it to me.
I pretended to unlock his phone and go on the keypad, "w-what are you doing?" He asks voice shaking.
"Calling him... it's 2 in the morning, I'm pretty sure he'd have no problem being woken up from a phone call from his angry pregnant fiancé telling him that I'm being mistreated by his employees" I say sarcastically before placing the phone to my ear.
Almost immediately they were begging me not to. "Ma'am— I cut one of pulling the phone away from my ear.
"I would like to leave, will that be a problem?"
"No, Ma'am" they say at the same time.
"Good" I say handing the phone back to the rightful owner.
I placed out my hands, "keys" I tell them both.
"Keys?" One asks in confusion.
"To the car"
"I don't think that's a good idea— I glared one of the guards causing him to shut up immediately.
