"are you sure you're okay? You've been out of it all morning" Emma tells me as we stand at my locker.
I wanted to tell her. Everything. But it was too embarrassing to even repeat the words myself. Right now, I didn't want to think about him. I wanted to think about tonight, how I was gonna kill it at the talent show.
"Yeah. I'm just a little tired. I was up all night practicing for tonight's talent show" I force a smile.
After Jin took my home I literally spent time distracting myself, so I didn't have to think about him or his stupid girlfriend.
Or how close I was to even letting him to my heart. Think god I dodged a bullet.
"Oh yeah. I forgot you're performing" she tells me. I nod unsure what else to say, "have you seen Jimin recently by the way? After yesterday morning it seemed as if he just disappeared" she says looking around.
Which was true. After he saw Yoongi and I holding hands, he didn't even come to class which was strange. Jimin never was the type to miss class.
"You want to go see him after lunch?" I asked her. "Can't. RM's helping me study for my test coming up next week" she explains.
"He not only helps you but also Jimin, you guys should just hire him as your personal tutor"
"Why do that when I could hire him as my personal boyfriend" she smirks. I missed this. Our conversation. After that break in situation, I haven't really spoken to Emma like that.
Especially because all of my time was being spent with Yoongi.
"Speaking of boyfriends... Here comes yours" she says looking over my shoulder causing me to turn to see Yoongi walking towards me.
"Gotta go" I tell her quickly slamming my locker, and walking away to avoid speaking to him but it was too late when he grabs my arm turning me around to face him.
I have yet to look him in the eye.
"What?" I asked already angry.
"What?" He asks.
"Do you have a hearing problem? What do you want?" I ask him not wanting to speak to him.
He sighs, "why didn't you come home last night? Jin told me that you felt home sick and begged him to take you home. And Jin is a awful lair, so tell me what was so important that you couldn't have came back to my place like I told you" he says still holding on to my arm.
As if I was supposed to take his orders. I didn't have to explain shit to him.
"I don't have to explain shit to you" I tell him harshly yanking my arm out of his grip.
"What is your problem?" He asked noticing something was obviously wrong with me.
"My problem? My problem is you. You talk a big game, but don't mean any of that shit" I tell him.
"What are you talking about?" He asks still confused on why I was acting like this.
I want to slap him across his face, and yell at him. Take his stupid necklace and throw it at him. But it wasn't even worth it. He wasn't worth it.
"I'm talking about you and your girlfriend... or should I say fiancé" I say our eyes finally meeting each other.
I watch as he fixes his mouth to say something when I stopped him. "What am I? A 30 day trial? An experiment? Something to distract you from your future wife who you have to marry after you graduate? Do I look easy to you or something?" I asked him trying to understand what exactly he thought.
