The next several of days went by in a blink of an eye, without informing my team members who probably assume I'm missing by now, Yoongi and I had returned back to China.
It wasn't for professional reasons either, yoongi and I had put everything behind us and decided to have the vacation we planned on having from the beginning.
We ended up traveling to different cities of china as well as districts, meeting different people and trying different foods.
Eventually all good things must come to an end right? Tomorrow was the day I go back to work and face everyone after weeks of ignoring. As in ignoring I mean ignoring the problem, which is most likely me.
Not saying I'm the problem exactly but every time I step foot into that hospital I'm not sure if I'd ever had a regular nurse day since my arrival in Korea.
I yawned for what felt like the tenth thousand time knowing I should be sleeping yet like a little infant was fighting sleep like a freshman, on the their first day of high school.
Exciting yet nerve wrecking at the same time. That was what was happening to me. I walked into the kitchen , going to the fridge to get something to drink when I couldn't help but hear the loud tying sounds coming from the living room.
"Why are you still up? It's almost 1." Yoongi points out as I grab a water bottle before shutting the door, turning and facing him.
There he sat on the couch with a serious look on his face as he was too focused on his MacBook.
"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" I ask him walking towards him while untwisting the bottle of water.
" I asked you first..." he says causing me to answer him before taking a sip of water. "I don't know... I couldn't sleep." I tell him honestly.
I place the top back on watching as his fingers typed furiously away, "why? Thinking about tomorrow?" He asks me.
Well, when you put it like that.. I sigh, before taking a seat next to him, placing my phone on the coffee table before playing with bottle cap. "yes... I'm stupid honestly. I don't know why I'm nervous about going back to work tomorrow, it's just... I know how people are gonna be." I tell him and his typing stop.
I look up at him to see him already looking at me, catching me off guard. He closed the expensive apple product before placing it on the coffee table, causing me to look at him in confusion.
A slight smile appears on his face, as he reaches out and gently grabs my hand, playing with my fingers. "You're not stupid, Maya. There's nothing you have to worry about, okay?" He reassures me with searching my eyes.
I nod listening to him.
He reaches up and caresses my check, not taking his eyes off of me. He leans in to kiss me when vibration from the coffee table stops him causing him to sigh, I smile enjoying when moments like this happen.
How irritated he gets when he can't have me when he wants me, maybe it's the Dom in me that enjoys that.
I turn to my phone, picking it up looking at the caller ID, realizing who it is, my eyes shift to yoongi who already saw who was calling.
I decline the call before turning my phone off and placing it back down. "Now... where were we." I say with a grin off my face turning back to yoongi who was now no longer looking at me.
