Maya's POV
I slowly approached the empty dance studio hoping that the professor wouldn't have a class. Since earlier I wanted to talk to her but couldn't because she was so busy.
I turned the doorknob opening the door and walking into the empty dance studio.
"hello?" I asked looking around the room.
Please be in here. Please.
"Ms. Brooks?" A voice from in the corner asked causing me to turn to see the professor standing there.
It was like she was getting ready to leave or something. I mean it was the end of school so of course she'd be ready to go home.
I slightly smile, "sorry to bother you... I just wanted to speak to you about something", I say apologizing from stopping her from going home.
"It's fine. What can I help you with?" She asked placing down her bag.
"I was wondering if there was any showcases that will be held at this school where I can show my ability or skill?" I asked causing her to arch her eyebrows in confusion.
"You mean like talent shows?"
I nod.
"Not that I know of. Especially so late into the year. But we do happen to have a music club. It's been inactive for years though, but I think you can still join... if you past the auditions" she explains to me.
A club that's inactive. Sounds perfect. I'm going to make it active.
"How do I audition?"
"That is a good question, that frankly I don't have the answer to. But I think you would have to ask the leader of the club" she tells me causing me to nod as I understand.
"Whose the leader?"
"Kim SeokJin" she says.
Kim SeokJin? The name sounded familiar.
"Oh. Do you know where I can find him?"
"Where ever you see a large crowd of obsessed girls, that's where he'll be. Just behind the leader of F5" she explains.
