chapter 35: Rumbling noises

Frank's P.O.V

the devil seemed dead while Emelia's wings glowed in the dark. I was in shock and Melody looked surprised as wind blew all of our hair. the wind stopped and Emelia's wings stopped glowing as well. her wings turned black and disappeared like dust making Emelia fall to the ground.

Melody:"mommy!"

she said and ran over to her.

Frank:"Emelia are you okay?"

I asked as i slowly approached her; still shocked of what I saw a few seconds ago. Melody was laying next to her; hugging her as they shared a mother daughter moment. I smiled as I realized that I should leave them alone. I walked out the Room and closed the door behind me.

Emelia's P.O.V

I laid on the floor as I felt melody lay down beside me. I opened my eyes and see her hugging me as she put her hand on my cheek. I smiled and kissed her cheek as she giggled.

Melody:"mommy.."

Emelia:"yea?"

Melody:"will all this be over soon?"

she asked as her eyes connected with mine. I smiled and brushed her hair behind her ear.

Emelia:"Yea."

she smiled and I kissed her forehead. we stood from the ground as I started to wonder what everyone else was doing. we start making our way downstairs and we see Cece laying down on the couch as Frank tried to comfort her. Melody runs over to Cece and i head into the kitchen where everyone was in, including Gerard, Mikey and Bob.

Gerard locked his eyes with mine and embraced me with a tight hug.

Emelia:"Um..question...so, how did Frank turn back into a human?"

Frank:"I don't know, first we go to Linda's castle and I was really thirsty so i started drinking water from her pond and a few minutes later, I'm back baby."

he said as he overheard my question about him. I looked at Gerard as he just shrugged. a bit confused like me.

Frank:"so anyways, I turned back and me and Cece came over to check on you guys while everyone else stayed and then Shit happened and now here we are."

I nodded as Julian and Chris took a seat on the couch. Carrie and Mary where just starring at Frank for no reason and pretty much all of us where quiet. it's pretty awkward if you ask me.

Mikey:"so...what now?"

Frank:"Em got her wings."

he said, I felt everyone's eyes land on me as Cece lifted herself up from the couch and Melody made her way towards Gerard.

Cece:"You got your wings?"

I was about to reply until Frank answered for me.

Frank:"Yea she did! it was awesome! they were even glowing!"

Bob:"glowing?"

Cece:"Em do you know what this means?"

she asked as the room went quiet waiting for me to respond to such a serious question.

Emelia:"No...what does it mean?"

...

Cece:"It means you're a full pixie. but you have to learn how to control it."

Melody:"mommy you're a pixie?!!"

I nodded as she left her mouth open, shocked of what she saw and heard.

Bob:"So I suggest we try either celebrating or running away from Linda before she finds us and kill us all."

Cece:"No..we have to face her no matter the consequences. she won't let this go."

Blackheart:"I agree."

Gerard:"Umm."

Emelia:"Long story."

I said to him as he nodded since he didn't know why Blackheart was here and no one was doing anything about it. the room went silent until we hear rumbling on the roof.

Cece:"Get melody safe."

She said, I held Melody's hand and we quickly made our way to the basement and tried to keep quiet to hear anything from upstairs.

Cece's P.O.V

all of us stayed quiet as I ordered Jorge and Jessica to go home since this could be dangerous for them. I took small steps towards the guys as Julian and Chris did the same. we were all under the kitchen. Me, Gerard, Frank, Bob, Mikey, Carrie, Mary, Blackheart, Julian and Chris. Whatever is up there will have to go through us if it wants melody.

we stay quiet for a few more minutes as we hear people surrounding our house...or at least I think it was people. I started getting nervous as hands started banging on Windows and Groans filled the house from outside. We're surrounded by zombies.
