chapter 13: Fake your death

Gerard's P.O.V

it was finally morning, a brand new day. I looked over to my right and see Em sleeping peacefully. I smiled and kissed her cheek then got out of bed and did my morning routine. I went inside melody's Room and checked her crib but she wasn't there. I starred panicking and checked in all the rooms but couldn't find her, I rushed downstairs and see Cece giggling while holding melody in her arms.

Cece:"oh hey, I came over to check up on you guys and heard melody crying so..."

Gerard:"it's fine...when did you arrive?"

Cece:"a couple of hours ago."

she says as I took a seat on a couch opposite from her and ran my fingers thro my hair.

Cece:"what do you think about the plan...of creating an army?"

...

Gerard:"I don't know...I like it but...at the same time I don't."

Cece:"I know how you feel."

we sat there awkwardly while Cece continued rocking melody to sleep.

Gerard:"so how's life?"

Cece:"is good...um...I got a little visit last night from someone..."

Gerard:"who?"

Cece:"no telling. but that person made a point...when my chemical romance performs...it makes it easier for any paranormal things come find us."

Gerard:"what's you're point?"

...

Cece:"look I can't tell you what to do...but I do recommend..ending my chemical romance..."

Gerard:"Cece mcr is another part of my life...I can't just make it end..I don't want to let down my fans."

Cece:"I know, I know. it's just a thought but...maybe that's how every paranormal thing finds out about us...just Think about it..after you and Em married, mcr was 'born'. but then a lot of things have been trying to kill us...blackheart and his buddies, Em's dad, a crazy old witch and so much more...you have melody now...the more mcr gets more famous...the more attention we get from paranormal things...just think about it."

she says as she hands me melody and walks towards the door and leaves. maybe she has a point, now that we have melody, we should move on...I should call the guys.

Emelia's P.O.V

when I woke up, I felt happy and energized which I have no idea why. I stood up and went to go do my morning routine. once I was out, I checked my closet and put on a red tank top with a my chemical romance shirt but had huge holes in the sides so you could see my red tank top, then I put on some dark blue Skinny jeans and some black converse. I did my hair then I heard voices down in the kitchen.

I opened the door and made my way down to the kitchen finding all the guys with a serious look.

Emelia: "what's going on?"

...

Ray:"it's over."

Gerard:"we're ending my chemical romance..."

Emelia:"what?! why?"

Mikey:"it's time to move on. besides melody needs a father. we can't go on tour and stuff while melody needs a father."

he says, Gerard stands up from his seat and walks Over to me.

Gerard's P.O.V

I stood up from my seat and walked over to Em and explained what Cece told me this morning. when I was done explaining, agree nodded with a slight smile and I hugged her.

Frank:"we should write a last song...you know, a song about ending or moving on or something like that."

the guys nodded and so did I, Mikey got up and grabbed a notepad and a pen.

Mikey:"so. what's the song's name?"

Gerard:"fake your death."

sorry for the short chapter, I might update later or until tomorrow but I need your opinion. should I really add all those characters that were mentioned from the last chapter? like create an army thing? I don't know if I should do it or not...
