chapter 31: they're different

A:N/ hey guys! remember my author's note, ha yea cx well i was serious but someone helped me out and convinced me to continue writing and that is "Evanescencefan101" so all of you should thank him and check him out cuz he's pretty cool :) so yea, i guess i will continue to update and btw, the photo that i attached to the chapter isn't Julian or Chris. that is just an example of what they're wearing :) anyways, i hope you guys enjoy this chapter!! :)

Emelia's P.O.V

emelia:"y-you stay away from me!"

i said as i tried to back up but then remembered that my foot was stuck. i tried to set it free until Julian walks over to me and takes out a sword as she broke the branch.

Julian:"relax, he won't hurt us. i'll explain later."

she says as she helps me up. we start walking towards the house with Julian beside me and chris behind us, he's really quiet...

after a few more minutes of pure quietness, we finally arrive home. Julian and chris look around as they take a seat on the couch.

emelia:"explain."

Julian:"before i do...i want you to know that I'm telling the truth because I've checked it for myself."

i stayed quiet as i starred into her almost misty eyes. chris kept quiet while he played around with his fingers.

Julian:"i-i know about...mary's father...and i know that he looked exactly like him."

she said as she turned to look at chris who was looking at her back.

Julian:"Mary's father had a twin...which is him, his name is daniel."

emelia:'how do i know you're not lying?"

julian:"i have two reasons. one is because we found a sample of his brother's DNA and then tried to match it with daniel's and it worked. the second reason is that...daniel has powers as well, they're not strong like his brother's powers but it's something powerful i guess...he showed me the past and i saw everything...i saw how no one knew about him and stuff. but they are so different from each other. Daniel is nothing like his brother. he saves lives including yours."

Julian:"which is why i love him."

i was about to speak until we heard the door bang. Julian and Daniel stood up as they got their weapons and aimed towards the door waiting for me to open it. i slowly made my way towards the door until i heard it bang again making me jump a little. i put my hand on the knob and it opened it.

Melody:"Mommy!"

emelia:"melody?!"

i said as i opened my arms wide as she embraces me with a tight hug.

emelia:"h-how are you here?"

melody:"a friend helped me escape."

emelia:"where's your friend?"

Melody:"before i show you. i want you to know hat he's changed...like a lot."

why does every sentence begin like that?

emelia:"of course."

Melody:"you can come in."

she says revealing blackheart.
