"Hello everyone as Shirokawa said my name is Kimiko Furukawa and I do not plan on beating around the bush today. Some of you may have known this exclusive piece of information some of you may have not but none of it matters now. The League of Villains are officially back.

I know it's been two years and no one expected this but in this line of work we should always expect the unexpected. In this room you may notice that we also have specialist that have been working on a series of abduction and homicide cases. All of which are connected to the League" she announced walking over to the large projector at the head of the room.

She grabbed the remote as Shirokawa walked back to the front. "The thirty minute broadcast streamed by the League showed this man who called himself the proctor" Shirokawa announced as Furukawa showed visuals of the collected photos and data.

"While we sill haven't been able to ID him we believe he is behind all the homicide cases. His past victims were all found with multiple blunt force marking on the back of their heads. After killing them The Proctor carves stars on both hands of the victim and cleans them up.

We aren't sure but by the damage found on the three bodies we recovered all evidence leads to a conclusion that this person is demented. Torturing the victims like a cat toying with a rat until he has no further use for them.

All in the same once he is done he fully cleans the victims body leaving not a speck of dirt or blood and puts them in what looks like a human sized doll box, with one branch of a cymbidium blazing fury orchid in the victims hand.

We do however have some indication that he has a mental quirk. MRI scans on the victim all point to signs of extreme long term distress, hallucinations, and mental distortion before death. This so called Proctor has been working with the League in order to raise the awareness of their growing presence.

With All for One out of play we have yet to determine who leads the League now and what original members remain, and it appears that they have some sort of formula for a solution capable of dampening the abilities of quirks." Shirokawa concluded allowing Furukawa to speak once more as she walked back to the front.

"But regardless of how hard it may be with all eyes on them now we have to take them down as soon as possible. Along with that UA 3rd year student F/n L/n aka the hero Blue Angel will be taking full priority. With the media open to all of this now and how much popularity Ms. L/n gained in recent events it is critical that she is rescued, before it is to late.

"Well that was tense" Mirko said to me as she stood up from her chair. "This whole situation is tense" I grumbled standing up along side her.

We continued talking as we walked out of the conference room. "So you know how have you been lately, with the whole Y/n thing" she questioned.

"Pretty shitty to be honest. I feel like my one shot at happiness was shot down only after it just took off. And I know that it sounds stupid but I miss her, like a lot" I huffed out leaning against the wall.

"I get it you two seemed to click really well. Y/n's cool I like her and think she's good for you. So bird bitch you have my word that we will find Y/n" she sighed resting her hand on my shoulder.

"I told you to stop calling me that" I scoffed standing up straight. "Oh come on I know you secretly love the nickname" she smirked as we continued working.

"What exactly is your definition of love" I taunted rolling my eyes. As we continued talking we were interrupted by someone who yelled an obnoxious "OI" in the middle of the hall.
