New Beginnings

As you both began walking down the street you couldn't help but look at the receipt the guy had given you with his number. But you could practically feel Hawks staring at you from behind. So you turned around his direction and asked "Why does it bother you so much".

"What do you mean" he retorted looking back at you. "You were being such a dick to him because he was 'flirting' with me and now your sulking behind acting all pouty, so why does it bother you" you probed .

"Because technically you're currently my intern and I don't need you having any distractions during training". As you took a moment to process he had already taken a couple of steps towards you and leaned down to where your noses were almost touching.

"Do you understand" he whispered in your ear. You were so flustered at the sudden action that you couldn't find the strength to move so you simply nodded your head. Hawks then continued to walk in the direction of the school. "Are you coming" he yelled causing you to snap out of it and catch up to him.

After minutes that felt like hours of silence you finally arrived at the school. You both stopped at the front gates of the school and Hawks turned to you. "I have to go check in with the other teachers you go and get your hero costume and suit up the other will be here shortly".

Only nodding in response you made your way over to the front office to get your new uniform and went into the bathroom to change. You came out and looked in the mirror admiring how they were able to make your costume exactly how you wanted it, not to mention how you felt like a badass wearing it.
