Y/n's POV

"I mean you never told me, but it was pretty obvious" Todoroki spoke casually.

'Obvious?'

"So were we like fuck buddies or was it romantic?"

"Hmm" he hummed looking up seemingly trying to think of the answer. "Definitely romantic" he confirmed looking back to you.

'So we were dating?'

"How is that possible, I have no memory of being in a relationship with him. I literally hate the man"

"If I may" Todoroki coughed out, "You we're with the League for quite some time-"

"And you think they did something to my memories" you finished. He nodded in response making you take in a deep breath.

"It's not your fault Y/n" he was quick to say. "I know, I just thought it was Hawks'. But turns nothing I think at the moment is right."

"That's not your fault either" he reassured. "Then who's is it" you tiredly asked. "No one on our part" he concluded.

"Sometimes things happen that no one could stop. Things that are inevitable even if we wish we could go back in time and change or stop them."

"So my kidnapping was inevitable" you questioned. "Yes and no. Can I be honest with you Y/n" , "Please I need some honesty right now" you sighed.

"The League took you to hurt Hawks. I did some digging and they had followed you since you met him. And as soon as they saw how important you had become to him they took their opportunity"

"So they took me to hurt him" , "Yes". "That makes sense to an extent, the only thing I don't understand is how I fell for Hawks. I knew him for what two weeks, three max and what fell in love?"

"Yes I'm assuming"

"That doesn't even sound like something I'd do, especially not with him"

"Yet you still did. The wonders of the heart are inexplicable and often confusing."

"Such wise words" you joked. "Could I just take a shower I'm pretty tired, and would like to go to bed"

"Of course but uh one more thing" he remarked clasping his hands together. "Bakugo mentioned two incidents that happened after you woke up, care to elaborate" he questioned

"Oh" you said before letting out a slight cough. "You don't have to it's just he said it really startled you into running away from the hospital"

"Well you see after I woke up and saw Hawks I said a couple of choiced words. Some being along the lines of murder and possible homicide. Then also later tried to act on those words-"

"So you tried to kill Hawks" Todoroki interjected. "More or less" you shrugged. "And the other incident"

"Oh that. I thought a nurse was Toga and then tried to kill him but after failing horribly I ran away when they tried to bunk me with a bunch of crazies" you rambled.

"Uh huh" Todoroki drawled examining your face as he looked as if he was trying to choose his next words carefully.

He took a deep breath, "Y/n I hope you do realize how this looks from an outside perspective. I mean you were taken, rescued from a band of villains and their ludicrous organization, and after regaining consciousness tried to kill the number two hero. Along with that you ran away from the hospital that believes you to be mentally unstable inevitably also running away from the only legal protection that kept you from the police and other hero organizations who now question where your loyalties lie." he let out before exasperatingly taking another deep breath.
