My Angel [Hawks X Reader]

Day 3 part IV

Aoi proceeded to walk into the kitchen and was on the phone for about 2 minutes. "Yep that's the one, I'll see you" you heard from the kitchen before there was silence.

Aoi walked back in and let out a large sigh. "She's on her way" he beamed with a smile. "Great" said Tsunagu. "Can I get you guys anything" Hawks asked while Aoi sat down next to you.

"Water" they both responded. Hawks walked into the kitchen and came back with two glasses of cold water. "Thank you" Aoi remarked grabbing it from Hawks, "Thanks" Tsunagu said grabbing his bottle.

After a good couple of minutes with Hawks standing off to the side, Tsunagu and Aoi silently drank their water. You sat at the edge of the couch sitting up straight as you only had on the blanket Hawks wrapped around you covering you.

After a couple of painstakingly quiet minutes you all heard the doorbell ring causing you all to stand up and look in the direction of the door. "Finally took her long enough" Aoi exclaimed walking towards the door. 'Her' you thought to yourself wondering who it could be.

Aoi opened the door and heard the familiar scolding of your friend/co-worker. "MISA-CHAN" you yelled running towards the door while attempting to hold up the blanket. "Aoi never told me he called you" you cheered while hugging Misa who had a bunch of bags in her hands.

"Watch the bags" she managed to say as you smothered her. "My bad, let me help" you said as you let go of her and grabbed some of the bags out of her hands. "So this is why you took work off for the week" Misa excalaimed as you helped her inside.

"Yeah this is the internship thing with Hawks and apparently they are having a gala and I'm supposed to go as his 'highest ranking' intern" you explained to her as you both walked.

"Sounds fun, but are you sure that's the only reason you're going with Hawks" Misa questioned in a cheerful tone still following you. "I mean yeah what else could it be there isn't exactly a lot going on between us" you commented as you both turned the corner. "Sure" she voiced before you both came to a stop

You had both reached the living room and stood there as Hawks and Tsunagu were both sitting down talking. "Okay let's get this show on the road" Aoi said standing in front of the both of you. "Hawks get out" Aoi said as he turned around and looked at Hawks.

"What do you mean get out" Hawks scoffed as he stood up looking down on Aoi. "I said what I said get out we need to make Y/n's dress". "And you can't do that with me here becauseeee" Hawks drawled taking another step towards Aoi.

"Well Kiego last time I checked you brought me here to make Y/n a dress and that's what me and Best Jeanist are going to do" Aoi pushed. "Hold on Tsunagu gets to stay and I don't" he whined.

"Hawks Y/n is going to have to take that blanket off that's the whole reason we asked you to ask her to take off her clothes. It was so that I the great Aoi, dress designer extrordinare could get accurate measurements and make said dress. Because there is absolutely no way she is going to the hero gala in a dress any less than my absolute best". Aoi said dramatically as he crossed his arms.

Hawks tried to say "But-" only to be cut off by Tsunagu standing up and putting his hand on Hawks shoulder. "Look I know she's your assistant but, me and Aoi are professionals and frankly with absolutely no disrespect towards Y/n if I see something I haven't seen before I'll throw a dollar at it. And believe me that doesn't happen often" he said as he glanced at you and then back down to Hawks.

"Ugh fine I'm going to finish my chicken. And no funny business mister" Hawks nagged as he walked away into the kitchen and then up the elevator.

"So what am I doing" Misa said as she stood next to you with some of the bags in her hands. "Absolutely nothing you can just sit down and watch if you want" Aoi said as he pointed towards the couch.
