Eret shut the door, they paused for a moment waiting outside it trying to comprehend what just happened.

Wilbur put his trust into them, but why?

It didn't make sense, why did he trust Eret who he had hated enough to kill before?

No matter how confused Eret was they knew that they needed to keep Wilbur's trust. And that meant keeping Wilbur's secret.

They sighed, fixating their mind back onto their objective.

  Eret walked toward Ranboo's house.

Reaching the door they knocked, "come in!" Tubbo yelled.

Eret creaked the door open, peering his head in Tubbo looked slightly startled to see Eret.

"Eret? Is everything okay with Wilbur?"

"Yeah, that's why I came to get you, I need to go do something and didn't want to leave him alone."

Ranboo looked at Eret smiling, Eret shot the enderman a small smile in return.

"Okay, I should probably go over before he finds a way to blow something up or kill someone, " Tubbo joked.

Eret let out a low chuckle.

Tubbo shot Ranboo one last worried look before walking outside.

Eret picked up on the worried glazes Tubbo frequently would give Ranboo while Eret and he were talking.

Eret walked over to Ranboo.

"Everything okay?" Eret asked looked concerned for their friend.

Ranboo looked to the side, "I'm just worried, " Ranboo retorted.

Ranboo looked very uneasy, as if he was expected Dream or someone like that to come running through his door any second.

Eret put a hand on his shoulder and smiled, "wanna come blow shit up with me?"

"Wait what?"

"Controlled explosion to destroy something, " Eret clarified.

"Sure!" Ranboo sprung up. "Wait what are we blowing up?" Ranboo inquired.

"The final control room."
__________

"Okay, ready?" Eret said briskly, tossing a match up and down.

Ranboo nodded.

Eret looked off at the Blackstone room that was bow littered with explosives, although not enough to cause damage other than blowing up the room.

Eret went to light the match when a voice calling their name caught them off guard.

"Eret?" the man sounded extremely shocked to see Eret there.

Eret didn't recognize his voice or his appearance.

He took a step back and put a defensive arm in front of Ranboo and narrowed their eyes.

"Who are you?" they questions, current events had put everyone on edge, so seeing a new person was startling and concerning.

"Eret quit joking, it's me!" the stranger stepped forward.

Eret looked at the figure, still not recognizing him, "I'm sorry, I don't know who you are." Eret said.

Eret acknowledged that this person clearly meant no harm and took their arm away from Ranboo.

"I can't believe you don't remember me." The man looked extremely upset, "It's me, Foolish!"

"Who- I'm sorry it doesn't ring a bell, " Eret apologized.
