Ranboo's feet met the ground.

He didn't know why he was running, but he knew he couldn't stop.

The trees towered over him, seemingly taller than trees had ever been before. He felt small like he was a kid again.

Twigs and sticks crunched under his feet and stray vines and branches scraped and tore at his face.

Warm blood from the scratches and salty tears ran off his face.

He still didn't know exactly why he was running, all he knew is something horrible had happened, and now he was running.

He remembered a warm voice, not what it sounded exactly like, just that it was comforting and sad at first, but soon melted into tears and panic.

"Run, RUN!" he recalled the voice yelling to him.

So he did, he kept running.

  He wouldn't stop.

  He couldn't stop.

Out of breath and tired, he still persisted.

He felt as if he would collapse any second now.

He tripped over many things, sticks, rocks, small holes in the ground that squirrels and chipmunks had dug, and even his own shoelaces. But he never hit the ground, always catching himself and regaining his posture.

He met a steep hillside, he stumbled, plummeting down the rock-littered drop.

Ranboo's arms, and legs were battered and cut at by the sharp stones and gravely dirt.

He shut his eyes tightly, bracing himself for heavy impact.

He gasped, jolting forward. His breathing heavy and rapid.

He glanced around, his eyes met Tubbo who still laid unconscious, and Qauckity who was giving Ranboo and a curious and judging look.

"Welcome back sleeping beauty, " He joked with a friendly chuckle.

"Qauckity? What are you doing here?"

"I came to see Tubbo, I heard what happened and got worried when I showed up you were out cold so I figured I'd just let you sleep and stay with Tubbo." Qauckity retorted.

"Thanks, but that does not sound like something you'd do."

"Karl may have also forced me to stay, " Qauckity clarified.

Ranboo smiled for a moment, but the grin quickly faded. He brought his hand up to his face, running his fingers along the scars on his face. Tracing the small indents he recognized that almost all the scars (excluding the tear-induced ones) matched up with the cuts and scrapes that he gained in the dream, or whatever it was.

"I could kill those bastards, " Qauckity sneered.

Ranboo looked up at him.

His light yellow wings (that were too small to do anything but make it hard to lay on his back) were pressed tight against his back and his fist pulled into a fist.

Qauckity stood up abruptly, "You're awake now, I'm leaving, " he in a tone of voice that quickly let Ranboo know that him being awake wasn't the only reason he was leaving.

But, it wasn't his business, so Ranboo nodded his head and watched as Qauckity walked off.

Ranboo turned his gaze back to Tubbo.

He saw him shift his head to the side. Hope struck him like lightning.

He jolted up, rushing to Tubbo's side.

Putting his hand on Tubbo's as Tubbo mumbled slightly, tilting his head back toward Ranboo.

He slowly opened his eyes, he almost immediately tensed up. Placing his hand on where the wound is.

  Ranboo quickly embraced him.

"Ow, ow, Ranboo you're hurting me, " Tubbo grumbled.

"Sorry, sorry, " Ranboo swiftly let go, apologizing profusely.

"I was so worried, I thought you were going to die, I-" Ranboo spoke very rapidly before Tubbo stopped him.

"I'm fine, " Tubbo winced in pain, " in pain, but fine."

  "That's unfortunate, " a third voice emerged.

Ranboo and Tubbo watched in shock and horror as Tommy slowly walked into the room.

He stepped closer, "You really managed to survi-" Tommy was cut off by Ranboo punching him directly in the nose. Ranboo had put immense force behind the hit, almost certainly breaking the blonde's nose.

Tommy staggered back clutching his heavily bleeding nose. He hit the floor for a moment but quickly scrambled back to his feet, quickly backing up until his back hit the wall.

He moved his hand away from his face. Blood poured down his face, hitting the wooden floor as he laughed.

Tubbo stood up, almost tripping and grabbing Ranboo's shoulder for support.

Ranboo looked down at his bloodied hand that hurt from the impact. He didn't even understand why he had done it, it was almost as if he had been running on autopilot.

Tommy looked up at the two, his hand on the wall and his wide eyes and even wider grin.

"Do you really think I was dumb enough to come alone?"

Ranboo's heart sank as he realized what this meant.

The sharp clicking of boots soon became audible, and seconds later Dream stepped into the room.

A cold smile on his face, "I would say long time no see, but that's not true, " Dream laughed.

Ranboo stepped back, putting a protective arm in front of Tubbo. I'm not scared, I'm not scared, I'm not scared, Ranboo repeated these words inside his head.

Dream stepped forward, nudging the bloody and excited Tommy behind him.

"You're a resilient man Tubbo, " Dream complemented.

"Shut up!" Ranboo snapped at the masked man.

Dream cackled, "Brave, but stupid, " Dream snickered.

"I'm not scared of you!" Ranboo yelled, taking a small step forward.

Dream grinned, "oh? So if I was to-" Dream lunged forward, but stopped before he got too close to Ranboo.

Ranboo jumped backward, almost falling, tensing up and shutting his eyes, putting his hands in front of his face to block the nonexistent hit.

Dream snickered, stepping back again as Tommy laughed too.

Tubbo put his hand on Ranboo's shoulder, as Ranboo tried to regain his posture, but he still maintained a terrified look.

Dream walked closer to Ranboo, so he was no more than three feet away from him.

"You shouldn't be afraid of me, Ranboo, " Dream spoke his name in a way that sent chills down Ranboo's spine.

"The only person you should be afraid of is yourself."
