Wilbur followed Dream into the Nether, "Wait, just like that?" Wilbur was hit with the immense heat of the nether the second he left the portal.

"Yes, just like that, I already explained this Wilbur, " Dream sounded slightly pissed off. "Well you kinda sprung this on me, what did you expect? Did you think I'd just be like 'okay, cool, let's go' this is a big fucking deal!"

"Wilbur, " Dream stopped walking and turned around, "I understand this is a big thing, and I'm sorry that I didn't tell you but this wasn't some long time planned thing I just-"

"Exactly, we should think about this more, we're just running into this blindly. Who else do we have, Dream? Who the hell knows where Tommy is always at, and it's not like Sapnap and George are ever around unless you go and find them first. It's just me and you. Dream we need to-"

"It is just me and you Wilbur. You know why it's just me and you? Because of this war. Don't you want your brother back? He's never here because he doesn't want to be around the fighting. That's why we need to end it because it's tearing this server apart." Dream walked over to Wilbur.

Wilbur tensed up and looked off at the mention of Tommy, he missed his brother so damn much. He just wished he knew where he was.

Dream put a hand on Wilbur's shoulder, Wilbur looked up at him, "You have me Wilbur, but you and I both know you want more, and you deserve more."

Wilbur stared blankly at Dream.

"Do you understand why we need to end it so suddenly?" Dream asked.

Wilbur nodded slightly.

"Okay, thank you, " Dream took his hand off Wilbur's shoulder and turned to continue walking toward the portal.

Wilbur inhaled sharply, but the thick air of the nether almost made him cough. He hesitantly set off, trailing after Dream.

He almost felt embarrassed. He should've known better than to criticize Dream. Dream was never wrong, all he ever meant to do was help Wilbur and the server, he shouldn't keep taking that for granted

He was his hero after all.

And it wasn't like he had anyone else. Dream was the only person he had left.

Ranboo leaned against the railing, his wounds still hurt, but not like before. He and Tubbo now stood outside, they chatted about random stuff, both avoiding the topic of Dream or the fact Ranboo's house was still blood-soaked and an utter disaster.

"You think Fundy's gonna be okay?" Tubbo asked.

  "Hm?"

"I mean, after everything with Eret, I know it really hit everyone, but they were really close with Fundy and I haven't seen Fundy leave his house ever since they died." Tubbo looked off, maybe he regretting bringing up Eret as he watched Ranboo's fave ease into sorrow.

"I really don't know... I talked to him the other day and he's an utter basket case. Reasonably so. Eret was the closest thing to a father he had and all of a sudden... they're dead. Just like that." Ranboo spoke, his voice still heavy with grief.

"God, it's really hard to believe they're gone," Tubbo said, "I know we had our differences in the past, but Eret was a good person, they..." Tubbo trailed off as he noticed Ranboo using his sleeves to wipe tears away before they could burn his skin.

"I- I'm sorry I didn't mean... I didn't mean to upset..."

"No, you're right, they were a good person. It's just hard to comprehend that we're never gonna see them again..."
