Ashtar's POV

“Totoo kaya ‘yung lunar landing?” Tanong ko sa sarili ko. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala sa sinabi ng Europe’s Superior tungkol sa pamemeke ng NASA sa lunar landing.

Subsequently, I heard footsteps on the floor outside my room. The noise is getting nearer to mine. Kaya't napapikit na lamang ako dahil siguradong si Daddy iyon.

Upon enclosing my eyes, silence immediately filled out the atmosphere. I gently opened my eyes wondering how come it happened. Slowly get up on my bed para pumunta sa kwarto ni Astral just beside my room.

But as I opened the door, darkness welcomed me. Hindi naman ganito kadilim dito sa hallway na ito dati. Several lights and wall chandeliers were used to be lighted but this time, it was very dim.

With my eyes covered with darkness, I tried to return back to my room. But as I turn around, I can see nothing but darkness. While panicking, lights from my back appeared. 

I am assuming that it's the light of bulbs and chandeliers but I was wrong. The lights came from a big screen and multiple computers operating by numerous agents men and women alike. Words appeared on the screen.

Apollo 11 Mission

Suddenly, a cylindrical shaped seeming to be an airplane without wings pointed upward appeared on the huge screen. It has fairings, and control fins. Certain words are written on it.

Saturn V rocket

What are these? Where am I?

“Okay, let's go. They're kept calm on the hot fire of Cal flight controllers going around the horn,” A man's voice came out on the radio. “Good, I'll go for undocking. Okay retro go, Fido go, guide go, control go, telcom go, Jin say go, econ co-surgeant go, capcom work go for undocking,” He continued.

Agents focused on operating their computers that I think connected to the said Saturn V Rocket. Then the cylinder thingy burst out a blazing fire at the bottom of it that made it float and fly high into the sky. People clapped and rejoice while watching the Saturn V Rocket fly.

“Hopefully, the moon landing will succeed,” A man's voice sounded just beside me—a very familiar voice.

Napalingon naman ako sa tabi ko kung saan nanggaling ang tunog. He was wearing an unfamiliar clothing. White foamed jacket and likewise pants with a logo of NASA on it. On his sleeves, the flag of Philippines before was printed.

I know him—a lot.

Few minutes passed and various texts appeared on the huge screen as well as the computers.

“Who are them? What's going on here?” I simply asked.

“This is the mission control center of National Aeronotics and Space Administration, sometimes called a flight control center or operations center. This is the facility that manages space flights, usually from the point of launch until landing or the end of the mission. It is part of the ground segment of spacecraft operations,” He explained.
