                                                                             Apple jack pov

As my mind became conscious, I awakened. Not bothering to open my tied shut eyes. As i laid there sleepily. I felt the comforting warmth of the other girl cuddled close to me.

With the aroma of almonds. Yet it was a sweet and tender smell. Not a sharp smell but a calm one. The smell of my close friend, Rarity.

"whoa Nelly.'' I whispered to myself with my face blushing madly.

Opening up my tired eyes, my vision was pretty blurry for a few seconds, until my vision then focused on the purple haired girl besides me.

The last time I was this close to Rare is when we were kids. I chuckled to myself.

I remember it so clearly, she was afraid of the dark and her mommy and daddy were both asleep. I happen to be there because my granny paid them to babysit, there i meant Rarity Bell.

As I slowly lifted my arm from around her waist and her arm from around my shoulder, I steadily moved out of her loose grip.

As I moved an inch over, I happened to stare down at her. The way her purple hair framed her flawless face, the clear pearl skin tone that radiated from her.

Only complementing her soft pink colored lips, that were slightly plump.

I even happened to notice her eyelashes, this time I could see they were not false, yet they were thick and long. But something else I noticed were her tinted red cheeks.

I giggled just a little. Why does her face always turn red when she is asleep? But that was just it for me. I thought she looked even more like the rarity she is when her make up is not concealing her face.

I saw more expression in there, the colors that would glide through her pail colored skin. I smiled to myself, seeing how the sun's light from my window hit her face. I couldn't really use words to really describe her beauty.

Even her in my frilly pajamas looked perfect just on her. Her perfect smooth rounded shoulders. Even her shoulders were tinted red.

I could see why all of the guys chased after her. If i were one, i guess i would want her too.

Just as those thoughts hit me I froze and shook my head.

"What in tarnation am I thinking?" I again whispered to myself. I shook my head once more and got up from my bed.

Slipping on my slippers, I tiptoed out of my room and gently closed the door behind me. Only to my surprise I crashed right into my little sister.

"Pardon me." I apologized. I said as I then walked around her. Yet I heard her call my name.

"Applejack?" she called a bit more timid than usual. The type of tone that she had when she usually knew I was going to yell at her or correct her.

"Yes sugar cube?" I turned to her.

I saw her breath in for a moment and finally spilled out words.

"I'm so sorry Applejack. I'm the one that got you in all this mess. It's my fault Bigmac yelled at you, it's my fault.... Granny was mean to you. I- i broke the sink." she blurted with a bit of tears falling from her eyes.

"I was mixing up potions i didn't know nothing about and one of them exploded.... I'm so sorry Applejack. "

When she said those words, I was lost between vexation, sorrow and confusion. As i tried to wrap my head around everything she said, I turned my head to hide my face with my hands.
