Malpen: You're back! How did it go?
Leonidas: It is done
Malpen: Good. That should help us. In the short term, at least
Maximus: What's the latest news on the war?
Malpen: The dominion is cutting it's way through Cyrodiil. But our soldiers are putting up a fight, so we have more time to prepare
Leonidas: What should we do next?
Malpen: In preparation for the invasion, we've begun moving supplies to the border to begin reinforcing our defenses. Unfortunately, we have lost contact with our latest shipment. It seems the Thalmor have a stronger presence in Skyrim than we initially thought. I had hoped that fort was all of them. We heard from the last convoy that they were on their way to Whiterun, and on their way to Falkreath. Your friend Miraak volunteered to go and find the supplies. He should be back any minute now
(Miraak walks in)
Malpen: Miraak. Any word on the convoy?
Miraak: I found it, but the Thalmor got there first. The knights who were transporting it are all dead. But thanks to me, so are the Thalmor. The elves stood no chance
Malpen: Dammit. We're going to have to change up the convoy routes to make them less predictable. And probably start sending more guards as well
Miraak: What will we do next?
Malpen: As for what's next, I need you to deliver some messages. I know, I know, courier work. But we know the Thalmor are onto us and are trying to sabotage our efforts. We all know you can look after yourself
Miraak: This is such a trivial task... Very well. It will be done
Malpen: Good. And remember, these documents are orders for the knight field commanders, and are very important. These cannot under any circumstance fall into Thalmor hands
(Miraak grabs some documents and walks out of the room)
Malpen: Leonidas. Maximus. I have another task for you, but it isn't quite ready yet. Take some time off to rest. I'll send a courier to contact you when everything's ready
(Leonidas and Maximus fist bump and walk out of the room)
(Maximus heads back to Whiterun, and Leonidas glides to fort dawnguard)
Serana: There you are. Everything played into your hand?
Leonidas: Indeed. Anything come up here?
Serana: A few rogue vampires here and there, but nothing too major
Leonidas: Serana. I wanted to ask you something. Are you ready to go on that second date? I have an abundance of spare time
Serana: Definitely. Where are we going?
Leonidas: A place called eldergleam sanctuary. South of Windhelm. I think you'll be in for a pleasant surprise
Serana: Just let me grab something, and I'll meet you there
(Time skip brought to you by Leonidas making something in his kitchen, and Serana struggling to remember his favorite drink)
(Serana walks up to eldergleam and goes inside holding a bag. She sees the beautiful scenery and plants all around)
(Leonidas walks in not too long after, with his mask off and holding a dish)
Serana: Not bad. You know your way around Skyrim, I'll give you that. How did you find this place?
Leonidas: When I was going to negotiate the peace treaty between the imperials and the stormcloaks, I found this place on my way to Windhelm
