DREAM POV:

I see Bad and Skeppy walking up to us as the last of the students leave the school. When they reach us, I try my idea.
"Hey, why don't we go to the park?"

"Sure? I can text my mom," Quackity says.

"Yeah, sounds cool," George adds.

After everyone confirms, we head up to the park. As we pass Sally's, she waves. We all wave back. As I chat to my friends, we see a notice on the park gates.

Your local council have been informed that young men and women have been staying in the play park till late and consuming alcohol and other substances. Please refrain from doing this in a children's play area, and help spread awareness.

I shrug it off. Tons of people do that, but when Bad asks about it, Quackity goes pale, and continues to walk through. The rest of us share a look and follow him.

When we reach the fork, we stop.

"We haven't been in the woods for years. I wonder what it's like now," Skeppy ponders.

"Well then, let's go look you muffins," Bad says, heading in that direction. We laugh and follow him, George running slightly to catch up.

"Damn," Sapnap whistles.
"You got it bad,"

"What, no," I stumble, a blush appearing.

Sapnap starts laughing, loud enough the other 5 turn around.

"Nothing," I lie hastily.
They turn back and I stare at Sapnap.

"Dude, what is wrong with you?" I hiss.

He chuckles. "You've been staring at George like 10 times a day, doing whatever he suggests, and I saw you on Friday, Dream, you're just lucky George is just as oblivious as you,"

"Huh? What does that mean?" I frown.

"Never mind. You know, I could be your wingman,"

I scoff. Sapnap?

"Dude, c'mon, I literally have 2 boyfriends, I can help," he pleads.

"Ok, fine," I say reluctantly. He can do whatever, George won't like me, he's straight. Then bits of our Saturday Minecraft session drift to the front of my head. Is he?

SAPNAP POV:

I smile, and fist pump. Yeah, there's nothing better than setting up your best friends.

When we reach the woods, we regroup.

"So, what's the plan?" I ask.

"Ok, so do you all have access to Discord on your phones?" Bad asks. "Well, Skeppy and I thought we could go on a call, and play hide n seek. I know, I know, it's immature, but it's fun right? And if we have it so you can't mute... well, that adds a twist,"

"Actually, that sounds cool! I can't remember the last time I played this," Karl laughs.

"Great! I think it was a really cool idea," Bad says, smilling at Skeppy. He shrugs and pulls out his phone.

"I'm calling you all,"

We all join the call. "Who's seeking?" I ask.

Bad raises a hand. "I don't mind,"

We all agree how long he'll count, and I sprint away.

"Hey! Ok then, 1, 2..."

His words fade away as I run. When I'm far enough, I pause, and look up. I shove my phone in my pocket, and start scaling a tree. Once I'm sat, high enough to not be noticable, I pull my phone back out.

"58, 59, 60! Get ready, I'm coming to look!" Bad says, and I can hear the smile. I hear a rustle beneath me, and I see Karl emerge from a bush.

"Dude, hide, Bad's coming," I say. Karl starts, and looks around.

"I'm your handy angel, telling you to go hide Karl," I say, and he looks up. We both laugh, and he starts to climb up.

"Hello!" He says as he reaches my branch. He squishes next to me and wobbles. I grab his arm.

"Ssh, and don't fall," I yelp.

"Ooh, fall, someone's up high," Dream's voice says. I freeze and curse under my breath.

"Hey! Dream, no fair," Karl whines.

"Karl, are you and Sapnap together?" Skeppy asks.

"No," Karl blatantly lies.

"I can hear you through his mic, what do you mean? Are you muted or what?"

Karl's eyes grow big.
"No. I lost my phone,"

I start laughing, but shush myself quickly. Bad could be near. Karl starts to move away, and I stop him. I shake my head, and wrap my arm around him to stop him moving.

"Don't comprise our postion Cap," I joke.

"AAHHHH," I hear George yell, then again a second later on the call.

"George! I see you!" Bad cries, and it echoes again. I look at Karl, worried. George then darts across the ground where we are, screaming. Bad yells, and chases him.

"Damn, he was so close to us," I whisper, and Dream laughs. I swear at him, and huff.

"Ha- you- you didn't get me," George pants.

"I was so close, and you just disappeared," Bad whines.

"Guys, this is unfair, we should make it easier," Skeppy says.

Quackity agrees.

"Ok, new rule. No hiding in trees, or on the edge of the forest," Bad declares.

I swear again, and start getting down, Karl right above me.

"Go, get your phone," I shove Karl slightly, and run off towards where the path leads into the woods. He won't check here. When I arrive, out of breath, I look around. I can't be on the edge. So where to hide. I notice a massive holly bush to my left, and I glance down at my outfit. Pushing through wouldn't hurt. I jog over, and push through, wincing as a branch whacks me in the face. Not cool. I drop down near the centre, and look around. It's relatively nice here, blocked from sight and tidy.

I sigh. I just gotta wait it out.

~~timeskip~~

"Ok, Quackity, you win, somehow, come meet us at the entrance," George says. Me and the rest of the found gang walk ahead of George while he scans bushes.

"Look, I gotta hang up, my phone's about to die," I say, and turn it off, shoving it in my back pocket.

"This was a good idea, thanks Skeppy," Dream says. We agree and Skeppy brushes it off.

"Well, I have to start heading home, Mom will kill me if I stay out when it actually gets dark," I say, gesturing to the darkening sky.

"I'll walk back with you," Dream says. We say goodbye to the others, who are going to stay out longer.

"Ok, did you mean it?" Dream asks.

"Huh?" What was he talking about.

"When you said you would help me,"

"Yeah, of course, I'm a great wingman. And also, why wouldn't I?"

Dream shrugs. God, this would be way easier if they opened their eyes and saw what was right infront of them.
