More Lies or Misunderstandings.

The appointment of the scan arrives, Jaclyn and Rosa head to the clinic. Rosa doesn't speak a single word on the way there, Jaclyn looks at her and asks, "are you ok? Are you not excited to see our little one?"

Rosa fakes a smile, she says, "baby, I'm excited I'm just nervous is all, I'm dreading all the needles again."

Jaclyn strokes her hand telling her, that she'll be with her every step of the way. Once they get inside the sonogram room, Rosa sits on a chair that keeps her legs wide open, the doctor takes a wand type sonogram stick, they insert it into her vagina, they look on the screen and there's three little dots, they're all in one sac, the doctor says they'll be identical triplets. Rosa looks at the screen with dread but she forces a smile, Jaclyn sees that she's now excited about her pregnancy.

Rosa is in deep thought, she now understands what Blanca has tried to warn her about all along. Rosa plays it smart, she now sees that she's been used. Rosa plans from that second on that she'll get her revenge. Rosa perks up and when she gets home she celebrates with everyone, this pleases Lilith. Rosa is given an administrative position within the society, this means she has access to every record since the society began.

Rosa is on her own most of the time, Jaclyn is travelling with her mother. Rosa goes through each record alphabetically, she gets to the J's and the record on Jaclyn show that Jaclyn isn't Lilith's biological daughter, Lilith lied, she doesn't know why but her mothers name is on the records a name that Rosa recognises, it's Rosa's cousin, Gabrielle. Rosa had no idea that she was a part of the society. So, Rosa contacts Gabrielle, she hangs up as soon as she hears Jaclyn's name. Gabrielle texts Rosa and tells her to meet her well away from Jaclyn and Lily.

They won't be home for at least another week, so she flys down to Mexico. Approaching Gabrielles home, the windows have bars, there's a heavy metal door and Gabrielle doesn't look like the glamorous model she used to look like. Rosa hardly recognised her.

Gabrielle invites her in, she hurriedly closes the door behind her. Gabrielle says, "prima, please sit down. I have a lot to tell you, how on earth did you end up in the company of Jaclyn and Lily?"

Rosa asks, "how do you know them, it says in the records you're Jaclyn's mother, is this true?"

Gabrielle starts crying, "Rosa, i got pregnant at a clinic in LA when I lived there, I had three babies, one was a sacrifice, the second was hidden away and Lily took Jaclyn from me. I joined the society to help me gain employment, to make my way up the social ladder. I thought they were good people, I was introduced to a man they claimed as Samael, I didn't believe it was him at first until he began telling me things about myself that only I knew."

Rosa is shocked, how can they be so callous, she thought to herself.

Gabrielle asks, "so, what about you and Jaclyn?"

Rosa says, "Gabi, we're together?" Gabrielle says "what? She's your second cousin, she's blood. How the hell did you meet her?"

Rosa explains that she met her at university. Gabrielle says, "thats how I met Lily, she approached me on my first day, then we hit it off. We were together for nearly 10 years, then I suggested we tried for a baby? The biggest mistake of my life. I believed her."

Gabrielle goes on to say, "you know she created that society for Azekial and her one true love Samael?"

Rosa says, "im starting to see that now, i was warned about it but I was mesmerised by Jaclyn and Samael gave me back my womb, you know what happened to me?"

Gabrielle says, "so, you're telling me you're pregnant?"

Rosa replies, "yes, with triplets." Gabrielle says, "the due date will be June 6th 2016?"

Rosa astounded replies, "yes, how did you know?"

"It's Jaclyn's birthdate too, Rosa."

Rosa says, "on the files it says different." Gabrielle says, "that's what Lily wanted, for Jaclyn to look like she had no connection to Samael. He's her father, he's your babies father too."

Rosa is gobsmacked, Gabrielle tells her to get away with the babies as soon as she can. Rosa explains that the egg was Jaclyn's.

Gabrielle explains, "Rosa, Jaclyn might be half human, half angel, she can't have babies, that egg was yours, they're yours, sure they belong to him too, but he won't chase you, he'll know exactly where you are all the time unless you find a powerful witch that can cloak you?"

Rosa says, "Gabi, I am cloaked, this is why I am here, they'll have no idea, I've been playing along with them for weeks, they've no idea."

Gabi says, "good for you, one other question, do you have a picture of my daughter?"

Rosa takes out her phone, she shows her a picture of Jaclyn, Gabi begins to cry, this is the first time in over 20 years she's seen her little girl, the resemblance is uncanny as well. Rosa always said that Jac reminded her of someone, she never knew that her girlfriend was her cousin's daughter. Rosa asks Gabi what has her so scared?

Gabi replies, "I'm afraid they'll come and take me back, I ran away from Lily and the society, I was told by an Aztec shaman that Lily still seeks me. So he hid me here, you found me because your witch directed you here. I'm glad you came Rosa, but prima please take care of yourself, take care of those babies, get away as soon as it's safe."

Rosa promises her that she will. Rosa tells Gabrielle she must go, that staff will be wondering where she is.

Gabi says, "ok, take care you'll see the out whenever it comes along." The cousins hug and part from each other.
