Revisiting History.

Weeks pass since the bomb attempt, the lovelorn Jaclyn, manages to persuade herself to forgive Veronica. Jaclyn texts her, she replies with, "with respect Jac, I need more time myself, I need to forgive myself for almost killing you, those children and all who live in that house. Once I'm ready I'll text you and we will go from there."

Jaclyn replies with, "ok, take your time, I'm not going anywhere. I would like to tell you though, I will still be dating. I have a high sex drive. These dates will purely be no strings."

Vera texts back, "sure, I understand. However please don't wait for me, I don't know how long it'll take me to forgive myself. All my love V."

The ladies leave it there for the moment. Jaclyn gets to focus mending her relationship with her biological mom, the drama with Veronica and her mom, makes her want understand why Gabi split up all three of them. Jaclyn knows the story, but she hasn't actually listened to Gabi's side. Lily thinks this is a great idea.

Jaclyn and Gabi spend a lot of time alone together, then she spends time with her mom and siblings. Finally she understands why Gabi left and split them up. The reasons being, Gabi was madly in love with Lily, but Lily was too focused on the society to give her all her time. Then her family fed her the same lies they told Rosa about Lily.

Gabi became mentally ill, she was in deep despair. Since Gabi has been back in the compound, she's been trying to rekindle her relationship with Lily, but with all that's been happening below Lily has been distracted and Gabi is trying to be patient. Samael has been fostering Gabi's mind to focus her patience, it's working and Gabi is less agitated while Lily is focused elsewhere.

Samael tells Gabi that Lily wants to rekindle the relationship, but she's afraid of the past happening again. Samael is also being her wise counsel again, advising her to make room in her life for love and most of all that love to be Gabi. Samael believes that their love is a true love, but warns them both that patience and time are the virtue. All parties are in agreement.

Zakina and Rosa are madly in love, Zakina is a fun second parent to the girls, they love spending their free time with her. Zakina asks her mom does she have permission to whisk Rosa and the girls off on a vacation?

Lily replies, "Zak, of course but you'll be followed everywhere you go, I don't want you taking Rosa and the girls and disappearing."

Zak laughs, "mom, can't you feel the difference in me? I now have love where there was once hate, I now have compassion when there was carelessness, I now feel empathy where there was once apathy."

Lily looks at her daughter and says, "sure I do Zak, but I know you can create the illusion of those emotions, but I've watched you with the girls, you're a fantastic parent to them. I've not noticed one iota of selfishness from you, only selflessness in the defence of them, especially when they get into trouble."

Zakina then says, "so, am I to get proof from uncle Sami that I've changed before you grant me permission to take my girlfriend on vacation?"

Lily says, "I'll seek Samaels counsel, but for now it's a maybe."

Zakina replies, "I'll tell Rosa it's a maybe." 

Lily contacts Samael and he says, "I feel a true change from Zak, she's not the monster she once was. I would grant her this wish."

Lily thanks him and calls Zak to the office. Zakina sarcastically says, "uncle Sami says you should?"

Lily quips, "why did you have to be a mind reader? Yes, he said yes. You and Rosa should book that vacation."

Zakina kisses her mom and shouts into the void, "thanks uncle Sami, I love you."

Zakina tells Rosa that she and her must pack, they're going on a family vacation. Zakina asks Rosa to pick the destination. Rosa says it should be Disneyland, the girls haven't been. They've been everywhere else but there. Zakina looks at it on the internet and tells Rosa, this is going to be fun. Rosa books the flights, they book first class, since Zakina can read minds, she would be crushed on the plane with everyone voices in her head.

Zakina took her driving test a few months ago, she could drive from the airport to a villa mere minutes from the resort. Zakina books a car, it's an SUV, although she would like to drive a sports car, but the car must hold five people. Rosa tells her, that she can book a sports car on the vacation so she can drive to her hearts content. Although the girls have their favourite sports, Zakina teaches them her fighting styles, styles that are not taught in the earthly realm. Lily doesn't approve but the girls enjoy it and that's the main thing. If they ever come up against sticky situations, the skills they've been taught will serve them well.
