"Ok, when it's filled halfway with water you put the apples in like this," I instructed Milton, dropping a couple apples into a wooden barrel. Jerry snickered, walking up to us.

"Seriously, Cami? You've been put in charge of the school's Halloween Party and bobbing for apples is the best you got?" Jerry asked.

"Actually Jerry, it's kind of scary," Milton countered.

"Actually Jerry, it's kind of scary," Jerry mocked in a hollowed out voice. "Am I gonna get a granny smith or a red delicious- ah!" A hand grabbed Jerry's face which had been searching through the apples. With a lot of effort Jerry was finally able to detach his face from the hand. "You're a sick woman, Cami," Jerry told me as he caught his breath and walked to the locker room making me and Milton laugh.

"Did you see his face?" Jack laughed coming out from under the table.

"Yeah," I nodded, high fiving him. "Guys, this party is gonna be awesome! We just need a place, better than the school gym, to hold it."

"Got my Halloween decorations," Rudy announced upon entering the dojo.

"Wow, Rudy. You didn't get as much as usual," I observed.

"Yes he did!" I heard Sam yell under at least 7 bags. Sam threw them on the floor, taking a breath. "I'll go get the rest." Sam walked out of the dojo to retrieve the other bags making me raise my eyebrows.

"We got ghosts, ghouls, goblins. If it starts with a 'G' and scares children, I bought it," Rudy said. "Even got a guinea pig."

"Kids aren't afraid of guinea pigs," Jack pointed out.

"Oh yeah?" Rudy challenged. "Check this one out." Jack looked into the box Rudy was gesturing to.

"Oh. You can't tell which is the face and which is the butt," Jack retreated towards me.

"Found out the hard way when I tried to kiss it," Rudy responded before walking into his office.

"Hello my Wasabi friends," Chi, the Shaolin Warrior, greeted as he entered the dojo. 

"Hey! Wan Chi! Hit me up," Jack greeted back before doing this weird handshake.

"I've come to ask a favor. We're hoping you could watch our temple for two weeks," Chi told us.

"Why us?" Jack asked.

"Because you possess those rare gifts of patience, honor, and-"

"-everybody else that you've asked said no," I guessed, cutting Chi off.

"Most of them cut me off after I said 'I've come to ask a favor'," Chi admitted.

"I got you covered," Milton assured. "Are you traveling somewhere?"

"We have been offered a prestigious opportunity to perform our ancient Shaolin techniques at the Panacean Mung Bean Festival," Chi answered.

"Ah. The mung bean. My favorite legume," Milton sighed. "Jack and Cami are giving me the 'I'm a geek' look, aren't they?"

"Not just Jack and Cami," Chi replied. "Thank you, Milton. I know I can depend on you." Chi bowed shortly before leaving the dojo.
