"Why are you laughing?" hurt and confusion evident on her face.

"I'm sorry, but it's just funny." I laughed

"What is"

"Everything you said is what I wanted to say to you. It was so special to me, incredible, in fact , I only left because I thought you would regret it or wouldn't remember, and knowing you haven't done it before, I didn't want to freak you out. Then in the café I didn't say anything because I thought you didn't remember or didn't want to acknowledge it. I mean, it had been a week and only went with that woman and got that wasted because seeing you with that woman hurt so much. That's why it's so funny because if one of us just said something, all this mess could have been avoided. "

"Yeah, I guess so," she laughed

"But I am sorry that I did that, do you?" she said seriously.

"You didn't do anything wrong, I have other stuff going on as well, and everything just got too much, so don't be sorry, please," I pleaded.

"Shall we just forget everything after the sex happened and start again?" she laughed.

"I like that,"

"Hi, I'm Callie Torres," she smiled, putting her hand out.

"Hi, I'm Arizona Robbins." I laughed, shaking her hand, and electricity was shooting up my arm at the touch.

"erm would you like a drink, or do you have to go?" I asked, hoping she would say yes.

" Yeah, I'd love a tea, milk, one sugar please,"

"Okay," I smiled as I got up and headed to the kitchen. I couldn't get the smile of my face. Callie, the most beautiful woman I've ever met, who hasn't left my mind since I first saw her, is sitting in my living room. It felt like a dream. A few minutes later, I walked back into the living room with two cups of tea and a few biscuits.

"Here you go," I smiled, handing her the cup of tea before placing the biscuits on the table.

"Thank you,"

"How are you feeling anyway? You gave me a big fright seeing you like that,"

"I'm sorry I didn't realise. I'd drank that much, but I'm okay, still a bit rough as you can see," I laughed, pointing to myself.

"I think you look beautiful," she grinned, causing me to blush.

"Thank you, and thank you for saving my life,"

"It's okay, I'd do it again in a heartbeat." God, she is killing me. If I smiled anymore, my jaw would break. We carried on talking, and before we knew it, Callie had to go, and I would be lying if I said I wasn't gutted.

"Thank you for the drink, and thank you for giving me the time of day," she said as she placed her cup on the table.

"always." I smiled back at her as we walked to the door.

"erm, would you like my number, and maybe we could talk and meet up again?" I whispered, nervous. In case she said no.

"I'd love that, here put your number in my phone and pass me yours and I'll put mine in." Without hesitation, I got my phone from my pocket and passed it to her. She passed me her phone and I put my number in.

"Speak to you soon, Arizona," she smiled before hugging me. Her touch sent firework through my body, her smell intoxicating. I didn't want to let go.

"See you soon, Callie." With that, she walked away, and I shut the door. I couldn't help the smile that was plastered all over my face.

I went back into the living room, picked up the empty cups, and went into the kitchen. Once I washed them, I went back and sat on the sofa and put the tele on. About 40 minutes later, my phone went off, notifying me that I had a message.

Callie: "hey its Callie. I've just got home, I hope you're okay and thank you again for the drink and chat. I enjoyed it xx."

I wanted to reply straight away, but I didn't want to come across as needy and obsessive. After a very long 5 minutes, I replied.

Me: "Hey, glad you got home safe, and my pleasure, I enjoyed it as well. xx"

Callie:"What you got planned for the rest of the day? xx"

Me: "Just going to relax and then cook some tea, think Lexi will be coming soon, what about you?"

Callie:"Aww, that sounds nice, I've just got some things to do then do some tea as well, so i'll text you later if you like xx."

Me:"okay yeah I'll like that xx."

After our little exchange, I couldn't get the smile off my face, my mind occupied with Callie, her smile, her eyes, her long, wavy hair, her smell. Everything about her was perfect. I looked at the time on my phone, 17:30, Lexi will be here in about half an hour. I thought I'd be nice and cook us some tea.

"Arizona," Lexi shouted half an hour later as she came through the door.

"In the kitchen," I shouted back as I got the food out of the oven.

"Just In time," I smiled as Lexi entered the kitchen.

"Okay, what's going on?" she asked

"What do you mean"

"You seem a lot happier than when I last saw you and your cooking," She stated, placing her bag on the chair.

"I am happier." I couldn't help but smile.

"And why is that?" she beamed proudly.

"Hmmm, I wonder." I laughed

"and this is to say thank you." I gestured to the food that I just took out the oven.

"I'm guessing it went okay,"

"More then, okay, seriously, thank you,"

"Well, I'm glad, now food I'm starving," she laughed. I plated the food and we took it into the living room and put the tele on and ate our food.

Later that evening....

I was just getting ready for bed when my phone went. I looked at it and couldn't help but smile, butterflies forming in my stomach.

Callie: Hey you, sorry didn't message sooner been busy, fancy a phone call?xx"

"Yeah, sure :) xx."

Within seconds, my phone started to ring, and I felt nervous. I didn't know why. I took a deep breath and answered.

"Hey,"

"Hey you okay," she asked, her voice so soft and angelic, its becoming my favourite sound.

I sat on my bed talking to Callie for ages about everything and anything. Before we knew it, it was midnight.

"I best get to sleep, I'll message you tomorrow," I yawned.

"Okay, and yeah, make sure you do," she laughed.

We said goodnight, and I went to sleep with a smile on my face for the first time in a long time.
