Arizona's POV

Its been 5 months since Callie and Sofia moved in, and its been amazing having them both here all the time. To be honest, I never saw myself having a child it just never appealed to me, but now that I have Sofia, that has completely changed. The love I have for her is something I've never experienced before. This must be what the love a mum has for a child feels like, and I never want to not feel it.

Nothing more has been said about Carina. I spoke to her and told her I can't be friends, maybe in the future, but not right now. She was upset but she understood which I was glad about. She comes in the cafe quite a bit, and no one seems to mind.

"What time do you think you will be back?" Callie asks

"Between 6:30-7" I reply as I put my shoes on, ready to leave for work.

"Okay," she walks up to me and gives me a kiss. I get my bag and car keys, say  bye to Sofia and head to the café. It was quite busy today as it was pay day for a lot of people. Carina came in with her brother for lunch, and what I have noticed is that she only comes in when Callie isn't in. Callie knows this, but we just try not to talk about it because it just makes us bicker, and it's not worth it.

"You can get going now," Amelia smiled. I had just finished cleaning the tables and had the coffee machine and counter to do.

"I'll just do this," I reply as I start cleaning the coffee machine.

"I've got it, now go," she smiled again. There is something funny about the smile. Like she is excited about something, but before I could ask, she shoved my coat and back into my hands and guided me to the door.

"See you tomorrow," she grinned before shutting the door. Still confused, I got into my car and headed home.

I walked in, and I could instantly smell food, which caused my stomach to rumble a little. I hung my bag and coat up and walked into the living room. I couldn't believe my eyes. The only light in the living room was coming from multiple candles scattered around the room. There were pillows and blankets placed nicely on the floor against the sofa. I walked into the kitchen and saw Callie and Sofia cooking. The dining table had 3 places set, and again, there were candles in the middle. Soft music was playing in the background. It was so romantic.

"Hey, you're home." Callie smiles as he turns around and sees me.

"Whats all this?" I ask as Sofia runs up to and into my arms.

"We wanted to do something special for you, now go unstairs get a shower and put on the clothes I've put out for you" she said as she took Sofia from me and ushered me out of the kitchen.

I went upstairs, the smile never leaving my face and went into our bedroom and saw she had laid out her favourite dress of mine. I got undressed and got in the shower. 15 minutes later, I got out, dried my hair, and put the dress on with the matching shoes. Once I was satisfied with how I looked, I went downstairs and joined Callie and Sofia in the kitchen. I noticed straight away that they had both changed, and both looked beautiful. Callie had a black jumpsuit on, and Sofia had her favourite party dress on with a matching cardigan.

"Perfect timing." Callie smiled as she pulled out a chair for me to sit on. She then walked to the cooker and dishes up 3 plates of food, bringing mine and Sofia's first, then went back for hers.

"How was work?" she asked as we started eating.

"It was good, steady flow,"

"Thank you for all this, both of you." I smiled

"You don't need to thank us," Callie replied.

We ate out food and had a little chat. Sofia told me about her day at nursey and what she did. It was adorable to see her so excited.

About 30 minutes later, Callie cleared the plates with the help of Sofia, I did offer to help, but Callie told me to stay put. But a few minutes later, Callie whispered something to Sofia before leaving the room. I took that chance and took our empty cups to the sink.

"Arizona," Sofia said. I looked down at her smiling face and could feel my mouth drop on the floor as my eyes moved down. She had undone her cardigan, and stuck to her dress was a sign.

Will you marry mummy?

Suddenly, I heard the door open again, and it took a few seconds for me to move as my eyes stayed glued to the sign. I turned around and saw Callie on one knee holding the most beautiful ring I have ever seen.

"Arizona, ever since I saw you that night in the club, I knew you were the one. I don't know how I knew I just did. I love you more than I can say, and I can't even imagine a day without you, I don't want to. I don't want to live this life without you by my side. Seeing you with Sofia only makes all that stronger. I never knew I was missing something until you came along, and now we are a family. Sofia loves you, I love you. So Arizona Robbins, will you please make me the happiest person on the planet and become my wife? " I couldn't believe what I was hearing or seeing. I could feel tears spilling from my eyes.

"Say yes," Sofia giggled before I could say anything, making me and me laugh too.

"Yes yes yes" I laugh, putting out my hand.  Callie put the ring on my finger and stood up. I instantly pulled her into me and kissed her. Hoping the kiss would make her feel how much I love her. Once we pulled away, I wiped my eyes with my hands before turning around and picking Sofia up as she laughed and hugged me. I gave her a kiss on the cheek before leaning over and kissing Callie. I have never been so happy in my entire life.
