"He's a vampire?" I repeated Kou's words as he nodded, pulling down his sleeve to show bite marks.
Even the great Mukami gets his blood sucked.
"Before you say anything, I was forced." He whined playfully before covering them up again as I looked back at Emilio. Everything is starting to make sense, the disappearance in hiding and seek, his hunger and even his injury recovery. "But... Vampire blood doesn't have the same effect as human blood, you know." He added, as I lightly sighed.
"I'm now suddenly a blood bank." I lightly joked before looking at my arm, nibbling on my lip lightly. "Emi, drink until you're full, ok?" I said, not minding the fact that I could potentially pass out. He looked at me worrying but I smiled it off, patting his head.
"Wouldn't it hurt tho?" He frowned but I shook my head convincingly as he glanced at my arms once more. "If you say so."
"I'm your mother, even if it hurts, it won't matter as long as you're ok." I laughed softly. He took a deep breath and quickly bit into me, causing me to yelp suddenly. Emilio looked at me surprised but I nodded, giving him a convincing smile.
"Continue Emi." Kou said, sitting next to me as he hugged my waist lightly. Emilio nodded as he started sucking my blood. "Emi is a half-vampire so this won't be too frequently." Kou said as I nodded.
"I hope he's not like you when it comes to this." I whined playfully as Kou played along, widening his eyes.
"In my defence, I'm your boyfriend. It's my way of affection." He muttered, stuffing his face in my neck. "It's nice sightseeing my bite marks on you because it shows that you're mine." I lightly laughed, patting his head.
"Why are you guys flirting?" Emi asked as I looked at him surprised, gulping lightly.
"I'll teach you all about it little one." Kou winked as the child nodded in agreement getting excited. "Your mother couldn't get enough of me."
"K-Kou!"

After explaining to Emilio that he shouldn't bite random people in school, we got him ready for bed as Kou tucked him in gently.
"Goodnight little one." Kou whispered, stroking the boy's hair lighting. I smiled, watching them from the door, sighing gently. After saying good night, we left the room but Kou grabbed my arm, startling me. "We're not done." He started, as I scoffed.
"Why are you always in the mood-"
"I'm talking about the date incident." He interrupted, causing me to blush.
Wow... Did I say that?
"Sorry..." I muttered lightly, looking down. He laughed, patting my head gently. "But what do you mean?" He sighed, pulling me into the living room and sat us down.
"You seemed to know who threw the rock at you, no?" He started. "But because I trust you... I won't use my eyes on you." I smiled in relief, as the last thing I want is to get Kou involved.
After all, I know how bad Kou's other side is.
"I honestly don't have the slightest clue." I started, looking down. "But don't worry about it, could be a fan or something." Kou hummed, leaning on his hand before having an idea.
"I have a book signing event tomorrow. I appreciate it if the two of you would come." He said as I nodded immediately.
"Anything for you." I cooed, snuggling up with him.
