Throughout the walk, the chattering between Kanato and Emilio was the only thing that was keeping this group alive. Kou and I would occasionally glance at the two to ensure he was ok before continuing to walk.
"Isn't this such a lovely walk?" The tour guide said, trying to lift the mood, but none of us replied. He sighed, shaking his head before stopping the track.
"Hey! Why are we stopping?" Ayato frowned, scratching the back of his head. "Don't tell me you're upset that no one answered your question."
"The whole vibe in the group is so off... Did something happen?" He asked as Yuma rolled his eyes.
"That has nothing to do with you." He quickly said, folding his arms. "They're just some arrogant brothers."
"Ohh is someone jealous?" Laito laughed, playing with his hat. "You guys aren't even real brothers, to begin with~"
And that's almost how a fight broke out.
The two sides were now arguing while Emilio was sat on Kanato's lap, both having a lollipop while watching.
"Kou..." I muttered, tugging his t-shirt lightly to get his attention since he was getting involved. He looked down at me, heavily sighing before nodding, knowing what he wants me to do.
"Either way, we're all vampires that are in the same situation." Kou loudly announced, clearing his throat. "So for now, let's set our differences aside on this island."
"Vampires don't exist." The tour guide laughed softly as we all looked at him.
"Then explain why we're taking a walk on a windy day and not one with the sun?" Reiji sighed, folding his arms. "The excuse of days were fully booked is invalid."
"Even so, it's a lie." The tour guide said, shaking his head in disbelief. That's when the boyfriend of the year had an idea that didn't go well to plan... again.
"You want proof right?" Kou asked, pulling my body into him. I looked at him surprised, seeing his smirk as he quickly bit into me, as blood started showing on his fangs.
"Is that... blood?" The tour guide gulped nervously before he collapsed onto the ground. We all looked at him surprised, walking towards him.
"Is he dead?" Ayato muttered, confused about what happened.
"Yay a human died!" Kanato cheered, clapping his hands together, as Emilio looked at him, clapping along.
"Yay!" He cheered along, as both I and Kou looked at him surprised.
"E-Emi!" I stuttered, shaking my head. Ruki sighed, before crouching down.
"Obviously he's not dead. He fainted at the sight of blood." Ruki said, glancing at Kou.
"In my defence, I knew nothing." Kou frowned, as he hugged me from behind. "Neko chan, Ruki is being mean to me." He pouted as I sighed lightly, patting his head lightly.
"Ruki no offence but your brother is spoilt a lot." Reiji said shaking his head.
"I couldn't agree more."
