"Bye Mummy!" Emilio waved off to me, as he and Kou left the house. I waved back at him, watching him go before closing the door, looking down.
Kou told me to relax but all I could think about is how much in pain he was yesterday. I sighed, looking at the time already.
Should I nap?
Shrugging, I went to my bedroom, getting into the covers. However, my bedsheets had Kou's scents, making me miss them more. After a few tosses and turns, I abandoned the idea of napping and left to go back to the living room.
"Maybe cleaning the house will keep me distracted." Another thought came to mind, as I nodded, tying my hair up in a bun, and started spring cleaning. Although, the noises from outside the door interrupted me as I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.
Curious, I opened the door to see...
Eva... and Kai. I raised my eyebrows as Eva looked at me surprised as if she's been caught.
"{Y/N}, we were just talking about you." Kai said, raising his eyebrows as Eva looked away, ashamed. "You two know each other?"
"It appears so." I frowned, folding my arms. I have so much on my plate, and she's the last thing I wanna deal with. "What do you want?" I said in a cold tone.
"I-" She paused for a second before shaking her head, glaring back at me. "You stole my boyfriend, how do you expect me to stand here doing nothing."
"Ahh, so it's about him." Kai scoffed, shaking his head. "I suggest you leave before I call the police for harassment." He suggested as Eva looked at him surprised.
"W-Wait! I didn't do anything." She shook her head, causing me to scoff.
"Oh really? We going to pretend that day never happened, huh?" I asked, as she quickly hissed at me.
"You have no evidence it was me, good luck with that." Before she could say anymore, she left the area, heading downstairs to the exit. I sighed heavily, watching her as Kai cleared his throat.
"I'm curious, what happened?" I shook my head, not wanting more people involved in this drama.
"Don't worry, it's nothing." I sighed softly, bowing at him. "How come you're here?"
"The school called asking about Emilio's attendance."
Crap, I forgot to inform the school.
"He's at a doctor's appointment. His tummy was hurting him a lot." I said, bowing slightly. "Sorry for the trouble!" I waved before closing the door.
What Kai noticed that the other girls didn't, was a letter that dropped on the floor. Curious, he picked it up before returning to his flat.
It's been 2 hours since they both left... so it has to be something serious right?
Shaking my head, I decided to make myself occupied, making sure the house was spotless and clean for them to return.
I hope he's ok though...
No {Y/N} stop. Emilio is perfectly ok, there's no need to worry. Saying this, I sat down on the couch, trying to relax. But no matter what, nothing would work. I sighed heavily, glancing up at the ceiling, waiting for a eureka moment to come into mind.
"Mummy!" The sound I've been dying to hear. I turned around to see Emilio running towards me, as I smiled wildly, carrying him. "I missed you!"
"I miss you more." I cooed, hugging him lightly. Kou entered the room, moments later, looking rather exhausted. I raised my eyebrows, as he straightened up, smiling.
"Wanna know?"
