"Home!" Emilio shouted in happiness when I opened the door as he ran around the living room with aeroplane arms before crash landing on the couch. I couldn't help but laugh at his adorableness as I turned to Kou.

"Welcome to our house... Make yourself at home." I said, scratching my arm lightly, wondering why my confidence went low. Is it because we have a guest in the house, or it's him especially that makes me nervous?

"Thanks, M-Neko Chan." He said, patting my head softly. There he goes, calling me by that name. I blushed a bit before closing the door, trying to remain my cool.

"I'm gonna make something to eat." I announced but got no response. I turned to them only to see they were in their own little world as my gaze softened, watching them.

"Daddy? How come you don't live here with us?" Emilio asked, pouting softly. Trying to think of an excuse, Kou chuckled as he stroked his cheeks softly.

"Daddy and Mummy aren't ready to live together yet." He started, side-glancing at me before continuing. "And he's a real busy man so your mother would be left alone for a very long time."

"But you're not busy now, can't you stay?" The boy begged as Kou sighed. I understand what Emilio was getting at I slightly frowned, looking down.

"If you behave... maybe one day I'll stay over, how about that?" Happy with what was being said, Emilio nodded, jumping about as I softly giggled. They're so cute together, it warms my heart. After being satisfied, I was about to go when I felt my arm being grabbed. Confused, I looked at the culprit.
"Oi. Sit back down." Kou laughed, pulling me down to the couch.

"But I need to cook-" The male placed a finger on my lips to silence me as I nervously gulped.

"I'll order pizza and I'll pay." He said, getting out his phone. I was about to refuse when Emilio lightly tugged my shirt.

"Ooh, Pizza. Mommy, I want pizza. Please?" He begged as I smiled weakly. He's always trying to get things his way, and most of the time, it works.

"Since you said please, why not?" I answered as he nodded, satisfied with my reply.

They both look so alike... I haven't realised this until now, since they were so close to each other. "Oh, Emi... I'm busy tomorrow, so you can go to your friend's house." I said, remembering I had a long shift tomorrow in the café. I sighed, reminding myself to sleep early tonight.

"Wait, can Daddy pick me up?" He asked as I looked at him surprised. Emi...

"I-I think he's busy too-" I tried to think of an excuse but Kou interrupted, smiling wildly.

"{Y/N}, it's okay. I can pick him up. After all, we have some catching up to you." He said before starting to tickle his son.

"Ahh, stop it!" He giggled. "I'm ticklish!" He added, trying to escape from him. Although it's true, they're still total strangers, which makes me feel uncomfortable.

"But you guys just met... How about next week?" I asked, proposing a new idea.

"But Mummy...!" He whined, staring at me. Oh god no, he's doing that puppy face again. I glanced at Kou for help as he nodded, looking back at his son.

"Come on, Lil E, you have to listen to Mummy, okay? She's right, we're still strangers. And she'll be very mad at me if something happens
to you." Kou added as I scoffed lightly, even though he was right.

"Okay." He said, accepting defeat as he hugged Kou. He must be really good with children.

A few minutes after we had Pizza, it was time for Emilio to sleep. I looked at the time seeing it was roughly going to 9, as I nodded, clapping my hands.

"Bedtime, Emilio." I said, standing up. The little boy clung to my leg, looking up at me happily.

"Bedtime!" He cheered, as I lightly laughed.

Yeah... Looks like we have to find a way to put him to sleep...

"Oh, Kou... Can you warm up a bottle of milk?" I asked. "Warm it for 45 seconds. He likes it like that." I described as he nodded, having his thumbs up.

"Yeah, sure." He smiled as he disappeared into the kitchen. I sighed lightly, looking back at my son who was still hugging my leg.

"Come here, Lil one." I smiled as I picked him up and walked upstairs. He leaned on my chest, humming softly. "So, what do you think of Daddy Kou?"

"He's amazing, mummy! I'm glad he came over today." He said as I placed him in his bed. I sighed as I looked away, biting my lip lightly. "Mummy, what's wrong?"

"Nothing dear... Here, lemme tuck you in." I said, making sure the duvet covered him very well.

"Here's the milk." Kou said, walking in. He paused, looking around the room, chuckling a little. "Well, Emilio sure like dinosaurs."

"They go rawr!" Emilio shouted.

"I thought they go moo.." Kou muttered jokingly as he shook his head. "Anyhow, here ya go, mister."

"Silly daddy. That's Cows that go moo!" Emilio giggled as he drank his milk peacefully.

"Good night, Emi." I whispered softly, kissing his forehead.

"Goodnight Mommy, Goodnight Daddy." He said, yawning lightly before laying down on his bed.

"Night, little one." Kou added. After saying our goodnights, both Kou ad I left his room, as I heavily sighed.

"I guess I'll be heading off to the kitchen now, to clean." I said, pointing in the direction of the kitchen.

"Oi, let me help you." I looked at him, confused. "I promised him to help you out, so let me." I sighed in defeat, wondering what exactly they have said behind my back.

"Go ahead." I muttered as Kou grinned spending the last 5 minutes cleaning with me.

I wonder how's he doing lately.

"Sure you don't want me to walk you home?" I asked Kou, looking up at him.

"It's okay. Plus, you need to watch over him." He said, looking at Emi's bedroom door.

"I'm his mother, of course, I will." I rolled my eyes but nodded nonetheless. He scratched his head lightly, as I glanced at him confused.

"{Y/N}, tell me honestly..." He slowly pinned me against the wall. "Why didn't you tell me about him?"
