Both Yuuki and I sat inside a quiet café as he kept looking around, probably on the lookout for paparazzi or crazy fans.

Being an idol must be tough, I thought, slightly frowning.

Reminded me how as me and Kou started getting serious, he would always go out in secret or very late to avoid attracting attention.

"Oh, Kou told me to check up on you." Yuuki started as I looked at him surprised. "He saw that rumour article of him and Eva as I was passing by... think he was called in by his manager." I raised my eyebrow, hearing her name as I slowly nodded, playing with my sleeves.

"Is he... in trouble?" I asked, lightly gulping as Yuuki laughed, shaking his head.

"You think a small rumour like this could get Kou into trouble?" He asked, calming himself down. "Our company don't care about dating anymore. He just looked like he was in a bad mood, you know him." He patted my head to reassure me. I nodded, trying to find a topic to change into since I wasn't in the right mind to talk about Eva.

"So who's this girl that you like?" I asked, leaning on my arm as he blushed for a second. He tried to say something but ended up sighing softly.

"She's a special friend." He started, looking away nervously. "But she's in love with someone else. And it's funny because that someone else is already in a relationship." I looked at him with pity, before palming his hand.

"Yuuki... have you tried moving on?" I asked, biting the inside of my cheek. "As they say, there's plenty more fishes in the sea." He laughed before shaking his head, playing with the menu pages.

"Not when I can hope for something." He answered, as I couldn't help but frown. "But enough about her, I'm really curious about you." I looked at him confused as he leaned closer. "How come you chose Kou?"

"Well..." I nervously laughed, looking away slightly. "He was the only one who accepted me for who I am. He might be rough and annoying, but he's meaningful with his actions." I started, playing with my sleeves. "I messed it up though by hiding my pregnancy."

"You did?" He questioned, as I closed my eyes. "But why...?" I heavily sighed, finally accepting my wrongdoing, as I looked back at him.

"I was insecure about our relationship back then so I thought I'd be a burden to him alongside his job." I started, huffing a bit. "And since his idol personality is him bring flirtatious, I thought maybe he'll find someone else. Surprised that he hasn't found anyone else..."

"Majority of his interviews he talks about you." He laughs, shaking his head. "He really does love you." I smiled lightly, playing with my hair when I noticed something weird.

Wait how...?

"Wait Yuuki..." I paused, looking away, as I decided to choose my next words wisely.

"How do you know about Eva?"

Kou's POV

"Kou who is she?" I heard my manager ask as I sighed, shaking my head. "Keeping quiet won't get anything done."

"The person in the photo? Just a fan." I started, before straightening up. "But as for who's my childhood sweetheart, I won't say. I want my girlfriend and my son to live a private life." I huffed, folding my arms. "You can have do what you want with me, but I'm not involving her." He shook his head, seeing I'm not siding with him.

"The public are gonna want a response in terms of this. Wouldn't it hurt her if you kept quiet?"

"She'll understands..." I muttered, looking away. Although, he had a point. Us dating in high school had already impacted her confidence in this relationship. Although we're mature, any slip-up and a picture could ruin our relationship. "But please, no paparazzi at my door or anything."

"To ensure that, you're gonna have to be more careful coming here and back." He started, grabbing a notebook. "But I'll take care of that. Go to her, kiddo." I smiled in relief, bowing as I quickly left the office.
