168 hours since the incident...

Kou frowned heavily, still seeing you sleep. According to the doctors, you should have been awake by now, but there you were, looking like Sleeping Beauty.

Heck he didn't even know what to tell his son; that a silly fairy has casted a spell or that she's regaining her mummy powers.

Speaking of which, Emilio was staying at your parents for the time being whilst Kou has taken time off from work to get his thoughts together whilst looking after him along with your parents. Although Emilio knew they were trying, it wasn't the same without you.

"Wait a second..." He muttered, remembering something. He fished through his pocket where your phone was as he held it. He knew better than to respect your privacy hence why the thought of going through your phone never came, but he's noticed you acting strange. "Sorry {Y/N}..." He muttered, unlocking your phone, as he looked through your phone.

All the memories of you and Emilio were stored safely there as Kou softly smiled, looking through each and one of them. He paused at one photo of the pregnancy test, recognising the day you decided to break up with him as he sighed.

Maybe if he'd been a better boyfriend...

Shaking his head, he went on messages but quickly stood up at a name he was very familiar with. "Eva?" He muttered, scrolling through the messages between you two; mostly her threatening you.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Kou said, his emotions bring on the barriers of hurt and anger. "Why did you keep quiet?"

"Kou!" The door opened, revealing Yuuki as he glanced at you, his face dropped. He frowned, hating that he allowed things to go this far. "There's something I need to tell you."

"Your best friend perhaps?" Kou frowned, walking towards him. Yuuki nodded, looking away as Kou held him by the collar. "Don't piss me off I thought we were friends."

"Hence why I'm telling you." Yuuki said, before looking at the victim. "She's going to plan something for her, given that she's at her vulnerable state." He added, holding Kou's wrist. "I'm sorry, I didn't want it to get this far."

"Then why did you?" Kou weakly asked as the other vampire looked at him surprised. Never in his career has he seen Kou looking like this as he bowed down.

"Eva... I love her." He said truthfully as he turned around to hide his face in embarrassment. "I didn't know she'll attack her and that her attempts were harmless like constantly annoying her and such. But later I found out she's been doing much worse. Heck Kou, she's looking for ways to legally claim Emilio."

"W-What?" Both males quickly looked to see {Y/N}, awake as you frowned, not liking what you woke up to. "S-She can't, that's my son. Kou-!" Before you could finish, Kou quickly hugged you, on the urge of breaking down as you winced lightly but bared it for him.

"Why didn't you wake up, {Y/N}? It's been a week, why were you asleep for so long?" Kou asked, tearing up. "Emilio keeps asking for you, I don't think I can do it anymore."

A week? You swore you remembered what happened like it was yesterday.

"Kou..."

"You're so mean, you know I go insane without you.

I'm here now..." You whispered, stroking his hair lightly before looking at Yuuki. "You were talking about Eva, right?" He nodded as you sighed, looking at Kou. "So you know...?"

"Don't hide shit like this again." Kou sniffed, as he stood up, holding your phone in the air. You gasped, trying to reach for your phone but Kou, despite being in an awful mood, gently grabbed your arm to stop your attempt. "Was everything her doing?" You sighed before nodding as Kou let go of your arm, walking to the entrance.

"K-Kou, wait-!" I frowned as Yuuki went to follow him out. "Yuuki! You guys! Don't-!"

Are they gonna hurt her?
