I am here to stay!

After such an emotional night, nobody could sleep. Everyone were lost in the thoughts of each other and were appreciating those small moments of a lifetime that they had spent with each other. 

In devishika's room:

Dev: I am sorry aur Thank you so much. Aaj jis tarah se tumne maa se baat ki aur apni baat manvai na, mujhe bahut pyaar aa rha hai tumpe. Aur haan, aaj mujhe samaj aaya ki jab mai tumhare saamne tumhare papa ki burai karta hoon toh tumhe kaise lagta hoga. I am sorry for insulting him tumhare saamne. Bas itna kehna chahta hoon ki mai bas chahta hoon ki woh bhi humara rishte ko dil se spnae aur hume apna ashirvaad dede.

Rishita: Haa dev. Mai bhi yahi chahti hoon... (And by the time she could complete her sentence, she feels her lips being pressed against his lips and they both got lost in their fantasy world)

In Gaura's room(Even Hardik was there):

Hardik and Gautam both laughing at Dhara.

Gautam: Kya mast acting karta hai yaar tu. Dhara toh ekdum se phass gayi.

Dhara: Jao tum dono baath math karo mujhse. Mai na tum dono ko maaf nhi karungi. Itna tension aur itne aansoon bhahae maine. Bhai, kam se kam aapko toh bata dena chaiye tha mujhe. Apni behen ko kaun aise rone ke liye chodta hai?

Hardik: Are mai jaanta tha, jab ye aansoon khushi bann jaenge na toh jitni royi usse 10 times hansegi tu. Maine kaha tha na Dhara, tujhse behtar iss ghar ko koi samaj nhi sakta.(And starts getting up) Ab mai chalta hoon. Itna drive kiya aur natak bhi kiya. Ab thoda rest loonga. Chalo good night.

Hardik leaves from gaura's room.

Gautam: Haanji ab farmaeiyen kya punishment hai humare liye? Humne aapka dil jo dukhaya hai aapse itna serious mazak karke.

Dhara pulls him towards her by the collar and says aage se agar aisa mazak kiya na sach mei chali and before she could complete her statement gautam pulls her very close to him and plants a kiss on a cheek saying aise kehne ki immat bhi math karna.

At Shivi's room:

Raavi was sitting on the window aisle facing outside when Shiva entered the room. He also went and stood near the window without disturbing her thoughts as he knew she would be having too much to settle in her mind. Raavi realised that Shiva was standing right next to her but still she continued staring at the night sky. Shiva aslo was looking outside at the sky. They both shared a few minutes of comfortable silence. After few minutes,

Shiva(breaking the silence) : Itna kya ghoor rhi hai bahar?

Raavi: Bas dek rhi hoon ki kaun sa star aaj kaise lag rha hai aaj. Jab mai bachpan mei khana ya dawai lene se mana karti thi na tab mausa apa kaha karte the,"Dekho tumhari mumma almost rone wali hain kyunki tumne dawai nhi li. Kya tum chahti ho ki woh roye?" Tab mai unse poochti thi mujhe kyu nhi dikh rhe hai woh ? Ton woh kehte the "Tum bachi ho na aur woh bahut door hai isliye nhi dikre tumhe magar jab tum badi ho jaogi na tab dikhenge". Isliye ab dhoond rhi hoon shayad kahin dik jaen.! Unse poochna chahti hoon mai kyu aise mujhe akela kar diya?(A tear escaping her eyes)

Shiva doesn't know how to react to her. He knows the pain of loosing your loved ones. And she had lost both of them at a very young age. He thought it is better to let her vent out all the pain she has stuffed within herself. And he knew for a person to vent out, he must be a good listener, not an advisor. So he just took her hand and held it firmly without uttering a word  and sat next to her on the window aisle. Raavi realised he was holding her hands but was in so much pain that she didn't even want to turn towards him and look at him. She continued,

Raavi: Aaj jab kaki ne.. (correcting herself) maa ne mujhe unhe maa kehne ko kaha na, bahut saare poorane dard achanak se mere saamne aa gye. Raath ko achanak jab ek bura sapna dekkr utt jaati thi tab maine apne maa-papa ko miss kiya. Jab pehli baar cycle se giri aur khoon aane laga tab unhe yaad kiya. Jab bachpan mei tune mujhe itna zor se dhakka maara ki mai sadak pe poora gir gayi aur sar pe chot aaya tha, tab unhe yaad kiya. Jab pehli baar mujhe teacher ne 5 stars diya na notes mei, mai jaake maa ko dikhana chahti thi. Jab maine bina side wheels ke cycle ko chalaya bina gire tab mai chahti thi ki papa mere peeche khade ho aur clap kar rhe ho mujhe encourage karne ke liye. Jab mai girti thi toh zameen ki pitai mai akeli karke aati thi, mai chahti thi ki maa-papa mere liye un sabse lade jo mujhe hurt karte hai. Har birthday pe pehla wish yahi maangti thi ki ek baar mujhe mere maa-papa se sirf baath karne dede bhagwan. Pata hai maine na school mei devi ka role ke liye pehli baar maa ka saree pehna tha. Mausi maa ne pehnaya tha. Maine woh saree fir teen din tak nahi utari thi. Mujhe uss saree mei aise lagta tha jaise maa mujhe hug kar rhi ho. (Starts crying deliberately and Shiva who was still holding her hand tightened his grip) Bahut miss karti thi mai unhe aur ab toh jaise unko miss karna adat bann gaya hai mera. Ab toh unke yaad aane ki adat aisi lag gayi hai ki yaad aane pe mujhe duk bhi nhi hota hai. Magar itne saalon mei maine jab maa bulaya na, toh aise laga jaise mai wapas usi mod pe aake khadi hoon. Har taraf se andhera, iss raat ki tarah. Aaj toh tu sunn rha hai meri baatein lekin tab mai akeli hi apne aap se baat karti thi. Mausima aur mausapa ne mera bahut dhyaan rakha. Mujhse bahut pyaar kiya. Lekin fir bhi ek khalipan reh jata hai. Koi use nhi bhar pata. Ek baar toh na, mausi maa ne mujhe daanthe hue kaha tha ki,"Mujhe tujhe apne saath apne ghar mei lana hi nhi chahiye tha. " Aur usi din mai apne kamre mei bhagke gayi aur humare ghar ka (She didn't even realise she said humare ghar but Shiva had noticed. He understood that in a way she had accepted their marriage. But she continued.) drawing banake "GHAR" karke likha. Uss din se maine tum sabko apna parivaar bana diya. Bahut saare sapne dekne lagi. Dhara di ko dekkar toh aur bhi mann hua mera ki mai yahin aa jaon. Pata hai bachpan mei kai baar mai sab saman pack kar leti thi ye sochke ki yahan pe shift ho jaungi. Aur fir ye sochke ruk jaati thi ki agar mai abhi hi chali gayi toh mujhe dev ki behen bana denge ye log. (Laughing)  Aur mai apne issi dard ko avoid karne ke liye tujhse jhagadti thi taaki dev mujhe aakar sambhalega aur (And then she looks towards Shiva as she was speaking about Dev to him and she knew he would find it very wierd. So she stopped talking and returned back to gazing the sky) 

Shiva understood this dilemma she was in and spoke. He didn't understand whether she was still in love with him or not. But he knew he couldn't question her that directly.

Shiva: Ehh Raavi, sunna chahtha hoon mai tujhe. Mujhe tu jo chahe bata sakti hai. Mujhe tujhpe poora bharosa hai.(Still holding her hands) 

Song ends.

Raavi: Bas kuch nhi Shiva. Emotional ho rakhi thi toh sab flow mei bol diya. Tu kuch aur matlab mat nikal iska abhi. Chal sote hai tu bhi thak gaya hoga na.

Shiva realises that she is still not comfortable enough to talk to him freely and didn't want to force her more. She was completely devastated with all the tensions and the topsy-turvy ride of emotions she has gone through today. SHe went to her side and slept as usual. She immediately went to sleep the minute she closed her eyes. Shiva on the other hand couldn't sleep thinking about how much wrongly he has been treating her all this while. She had made no mistakes but still she had to go through so many hardships. and while he was thinking he found that Raavi started making expressions of fear and insecurities. He realised she was seeing some dream. And suddenly she said,"Shiva math jaa tu bhi chodke mujhe, math jaa." Hearing this Shiva could make out how deeply she would have been hurt the day Dev left her at the altar. He just couldn't see the fear expressions on her face. So he shifted the direction of his sleep... i.e usually Shiva's head used to be near Raavi's leg, but now he also slept with his head in the direction of Raavi's head.(Hope you got the position) To make her feel comfortable he held her hands while sleeping, and she immediately clutched his hands as though she had been waiting for him to hold her hands. And slowly Shiva was also consumed by sleep. That night they both had the best sleep they had had in days... Indeed...
