HAYLEY'S POV

We were moving bricks and rubble as quick as we could calling their names. The longer it took for them to reply the more desperate my calls would get. I just needed to make sure my baby was okay. Azalea would protect her, but what if she was hurt. What if they got split up what if they weren't even here. Maybe the witches already took them and that's why we can't hear them. They may not be dead, they're just not here.

"HOPE ANDREA!" I shouted. "HOPE!" I dropped to my knees to move something, hot tears rushed down my cheeks. "AZALEA!" I rested my head on the brick. I let a sob leave my mouth. "Hope," I whisper.

"BUTTERFLY!" Stefan shouted. "We're not wildlife spotting Stefan," Kol says. "Butterfly?" I mumble. "HOPE! AZALEA!" I stood up and tried my best to run across the gravel and climbed up to where the butterflies were coming from. "HOPE! AZALEA!" They were okay. That pink sparkly butterfly that I was sick of seeing, I couldn't have been happier to see it. "HOPE!" Klaus says as he pulls the large rocks. I put my hand down the small hole. I feel her tiny fingers touch mine bearly. "Hope, mummy's here," I tell her. "Don't be scared okay," Klaus tells her. He everyone was throwing rocks around trying to get to her but being careful not to let anything drop on her ting frame. The hole was big enough to see her. Her red hair covered in dust, her cheeks had dirt on them but she didn't have a mark on her. She was knelt looking up at me. "Hope." I smiled at her. "Mummy!" "It's okay. We're going to get you guys out of there." I tell her. I dangle in the whole. "Grab my arms." She tried her best and I got hold of her and pulled her up quickly. I held her so tight.

"My baby. My sweet girl. My precious little girl." I hold her so tight. I never wanted to let go of her. Klaus had a hand on her back and another on mine. "Are you hurt? Did you get hurt?" He asked. "No, I'm okay." She says She held on to me for dear life. "I got you, my sweet girl."

I looked away from her seeing Damon hanging in the hole now to get Azalea. "AZALEA!" He shouted. "Z!" He said more desperate and the relief I just felt turned into dread. Elijah helped Damon up. "She's not down there, it's completely blocked. He says. "Was Zlea with you, love?" Klaus asked her softly not wanting to worry her. She nodded.

"There was a tunnel, she couldn't move... Her arm and pole and, she was coughing and she... she stopped the magic and it feels and I could hear her. I could hear her." She rushes out getting upset as looked around desperately head-snapping in every direction possible. "It's okay." "No! No! No!" She shouted climbing out of my arms and running and then she came back. She was shouting for her sister.

"Damon scooped her up as she went to go past him. He knelt to her height. "It's okay... You're okay." "Azalea." It broke my heart the way she said her name like she was in. so much pain. "She was right there." Hope cried. "We'll find her, we found you. We'll find her." He tells her. "She wouldn't want you to be all upset." He wiped her tears away. "Come on." He took her and hand brought her over to me. "She was right there." She cried on my shoulder.

"Take her home Hayley," Klaus tells me. "She doesn't need to be here." I agreed and carried her to the car, she was crying and kept repeating that she was there.

-----------

Hope was wrapped up in a blanket on the sofa by the fire. I sat beside her. "She told me that I was brave. And special." "You are. So special." I kissed the top of her now clean head. Her hair a little damp from her shower. "She's gonna die isn't she?" She asked looking up at me. "She wouldn't answer that question when I asked her." "She's going to be just fine." "She said big sisters protect their younger sisters...She told me to tell Dad she loved him... Damon too." I didn't know what to say. "She said she wasn't scared or in pain... She told me she loved me. She called me butterfly..." I blinked the tears away. "She was saying Goodbye wasn't she mum." I pulled her into a tight hug.
