"So, you and Bakugou huh?" Mina teases. "Oh my god! Don't start, that boy gets on my nerves like no-one before." I roll my eyes. "You say that now, but I saw you guys- definitely flirting." She concludes.

"No way! He's a dickhead!" I say exasperated. "Who's a dickhead?" I hear from beside me. I jump and smack the yellow haired boy.

"Kaminari-kun! You can't sneak up on me like that!" I exclaim. Him and a taller boy joined us. Mina giggles from beside me.

"Hanta Sero." The boy holds his hand out to me. "Mai Kumiko." I smile and shake his hand. Jiro suddenly appears beside Mina, quickly introducing herself us.

"You didn't answer the question. Who's a dickhead?" Sero questions. Mina rolled her eyes at the boys, "her lover." She responded. "Bakugou?" Kaminari responds. My head snaps to the yellow haired boy. "What's with everyone thinking that?!" I ask aloud.

"Well you seem pretty defensive..." Mina elbows me playfully. "Because he's an arse!" I respond. Kaminari rubs his hands together mischievously. "This is gonna be fun."

"What's gonna be fun?" I hear from beside me.  What's with people butting into conversations? Kirishima and Bakugou have now joined us. "English class." I say sarcastically, wanting to get away from the topic of me and Bakugou. "Hey you never know! I hear Present Mic is quite the talker." Kirishima jokes. Most of us laugh at the bad joke and I roll my eyes.

"I don't know about you guys, but I'm super excited for hero class with All Might!" Kaminari exclaims. "Yeah, I wonder what the first thing we'll be doing is?" I wonder aloud. "It couldn't be any worse than that assessment test." Jiro rolled her eyes.

"You're only saying that cause you came eighteenth." Kaminari chuckled. Jiro's eyes darkened. "You can't say anything. Kaminari. You came in seventeenth." Sero pointed out.

The group of us minus Bakugou and Kaminari burst into laughter at Kaminari's depressed expression.

I reach the road that splits into three. I head left, towards the train station. "I'll see you guys tomorrow!" I call when I realise I'm the only one heading this way.

As I turn to walk away, I hear a call. "Extra." I stop in place in annoyance and sigh before I turn towards the moody boy and roll my eyes. "I told you I wouldn't respond to that name." I remind annoyed. "And yet you just did." The blonde boy smirks. "C'mon you're heading to the train station, right?" He asks.

My eyes narrow in confusion. "Yeah... Nemuri is still in school." I awkwardly explain. "As in Midnight- the pro-hero?" Bakugou questions as I fall into step with him once he catches up.

I nod and hum a response. "You guys are related?" He asks incredulously. I look at him in shock, "What? No." I shake my head. "Do we even look like we're related? She's just been my guardian the past few years. Before that it was..." I chuckle awkwardly.

"Shimizu Kumiko?" Bakugou responds. I sigh at the boy. "Look, if the only reason you've come to walk with me is to talk about my mother-" The boy immediately scoffed. "I don't give a shit who your mother is." He confesses. My head snaps to him in shock as we walk. "Wait, really?" I question.

"I only care about my competition, I'm just trying to find out whether you're worth my interest."

Although the words were harsh, I couldn't help the small smile that overtook my face. I had been brought up by Midnight expecting every person I'd meet just wanted to use me for knowledge about my parents. So, hearing the rude words from the blonde boy beside me almost made me sigh in relief.

"Can you fight?" Bakugou asks. I nod quickly.

"Of course. I've been training to my whole life. I'm not amazingly strong... like I expect you are, but I'm quick and I know weak spots." I explain. "I guess you'll see when we fight- which we will by the way, your ego is too big for such a small boy." I inform cheekily.

"Hey! Shut up. You're tiny compared to me. I'd destroy you in a fight- you bastard!" I roll my eyes at the dramatic boy. "You wish!" I laugh.

We make our way into the train station.

I pull my phone out checking the train times. I sigh, "My trains not here for another ten minutes." I look up to the taller boy. He throws his phone into his pocket. "Same."

He glances into my phone for a moment. "We're on the same one, dumbass." He points at my phone. "Oh."

I glance and spot an empty bench on the side of the train tracks. "C'mon." I pull him along. He yanks his hand from my grip and follows annoyedly after.

I sit myself down on the bench and pat the space next to me. "I'm not getting any younger." I jeer. The blonde boy hesitates for a moment, before rolling his eyes and sitting down next to me. "Wouldn't know what I'd catch sitting beside you." He mumbles.

I roll my eyes at the boy. "Who knows, could give me fleas or something." He adds.

"Ass!" I respond, smacking his arm, which probably hurt me more than him.

We sat in silence for the next few minutes. Not that I minded, I felt as if we might've gotten in another argument if I started speaking and I didn't want that- I kind of liked his company when he's not being a moody boy.

The train pulls up after a few minutes and the two of us clamber onto the busy train. We stand beside each other and the train begins to move. Not expecting the train to move yet, I stumbled slightly. Bakugou glances down in annoyance when I smack into his buff arm.

"Sorry!" I whisper, smiling meekly. The boys angry face falters for a moment and he looks away. "Whatever."

My stop approached quickly after.

"I'll see you tomorrow Bakugou." I say, walking towards the door. I didn't wait for a reply and headed home.
