Mai sat on the bus, surprisingly quiet. She stared at the blonde boy sitting a few rows ahead of her, Uraraka's words plaguing her mind. 

"Well... I thought since you and Bakugou are like... a couple, I was hoping you'd have some sort of advice."

She was never put into junior high because of her parents, so she had never thought of any boy the way she had of Katsuki Bakugou.

That wasn't the only thing that plagued her mind, what Melissa had said to her when they first met was running through her mind too. The fact All Might had brought Midoriya with him to I-Island. 

After she had realised there was some sort of relationship between the teacher and student she started realising other things too. 

The way their quirks were weirdly alike, besides the fact Midoriya's bones break. That Bakugou was so shocked at how strong Midoriya's quirk was, when shouldn't he know what his quirk was like considering they went to school together? 

She thought it was cute that Midoriya would call his power moves the same as All Might's, like 'detroit smash', but now when she thinks back to it- what if they are All Might's moves? 

What if All Might somehow gave his quirk to Midoriya?

"Mai-Chan?" A voice called her out of her thoughts. She snapped her head towards the girl. "You wanna join our conversation?' Jiro asks politely. "Mmm, no thanks." Mai declines, turning her head wanting to get back to the thoughts in her head.

The girls of Class 1A looked at each other in desperation, attempting to hatch another plan. "Mai-Chan! We're gossiping." Mina called brightly. Mai rolled her eyes and twisted her body towards all the girls. "Fine... What was the conversation?" She asked. "We were just talking about the boys in our class." Mina informed. 

Mai's eyebrows furrowed in disgust. "Why would you wanna talk about that?" She asked. Hagakure responded with a not so surprising statement.

"She said she thinks Todoroki-Kun is one of the most dreamiest boys she's ever seen." Shoji informed quietly, turning towards the other boys. "This feels wrong." Todoroki informs. "Shut up! I wanna know what else they say!" Kaminari shushes the hot-cold boy.

"As if none of us figured that out." Mai huffed, shrugging her shoulders. "Well, what about you, Mai-Chain?" Ochako questions. Mai raised a brow at the girl, becoming suspicious. "There must be someone you think is cute? Right?" Mina smiled.

Kaminari gasped and whispered at the other boys, attempting to hide his words from Bakugou. "The girls are trying to win this bet!" 

"Kaminari-Kun or Kirishima-Kun are pretty cute." Mai shrugged, to which the girls collectively groaned. "Well, why don't you tell me who you fancy, Uraraka-San?" Mai responded. Uraraka immediately went red at the question.

"Is this an interrogation?" Mai finally asks. Momo shook her head at the girls. 

"Momo said that they've been dying to ask Kumiko-Chan about... Bakugou?" Shoji repeats. At this sentence, Bakugou, who was a few seats away and taking no interest in the conversation, raised his brows at the boys sentence. 

"Why Bakugou?" Mai questioned. "Because we wanna know if you guys are dating!" Mina yelled, who was immediately shushed by all the girls. Mai shot a glance to the front of the bus, making sure none of the boys heard. 

"She said, are you out of your mind?! Why would you yell that racoon eyes?!" Shoji spoke. Bakugou had a small smile across his face.

Mai cursed to herself. The girls looked at Mai in shock. "What are you guys staring at?" Mai questioned, already annoyed at Mina. "You called Mina 'racoon eyes'..." Ochako informed. Mai gestured for her to continue. "Only Bakugou calls her that. You're picking up on his lingo!" She exclaimed quietly.
