"Today's training will be a little different."

I looked excitedly at the sleepless man standing at the front of the class.

"You'll have three instructors watching over you, myself, All Might and another faculty member." I was almost jumping in my seat. Maybe it's Nemuri-San! "Sir! What kind of training is this!" Sero asked. Aizawa-Sensei flicked a card and showed us. The word 'Rescue' written across it. "Rescue, you'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks... stuff like that."

The class burst into excited chatter.

"Disasters, huh?" Kaminari said with a bright smile. "Sounds like we're in for a big workout." Kaminari said, looking back towards Mina. "Totally!" She exclaimed excitedly.  "Real hero stuff, this is what separates the big men from the boys." Kirishima says to Kaminari. I clear my throat from beside Kaminari, giving Kirishima a pointed look. "It's a metaphor!"

"I'm not finished yet."

Everyone jumps and looks towards the front of the class, settling down immediately.

"What you wear in this exercise is up to you, I know you're excited about costumes-" He hits a button on a remote and the same drawers that we used a couple days ago for our costumes opened again. "You haven't got used to them, so they might limit your abilities."

"This training is at an off-campus facility, so we'll be taking a bus there."

"That's all, start getting ready." He finished as he exited the room. I jumped from my seat immediately as he left, running for Mina's table. "I'm so excited, I'm so excited!" She let out a loud laugh. "Me too, let's get our costumes on and head out straight away!" She exclaimed.

I stood beside Mina, outside the school.

"I wonder what teacher is gonna be coming with us?" I ask aloud. Mina shrugs, "Who knows- maybe Midnight! I heard she's cool and you live with her, right?" I nod excitedly. "She is really cool." A loud whistle broke our chatter.

"Class one-a! Using your student numbers form an orderly line so we can file onto the bus efficiently!" Iida ordered, blowing the whistle over and over.

I giggled listening to Iida complain about the bus's open layout.

"Todoroki, right?" I ask the quiet boy next to me. He nods and closes his eyes. "I'm Mai Kumiko," I hold my hand out for him to take. "I love your eyes." I smile. The boy opens his eyes and shakes my hand.

"Thank you." He nods, "Yours are pretty cool- when they glow." I smile brightly showing my teeth. "Thank you! That only happens when I concentrate really hard- or sometimes when I get, like, really upset or angry." I over explain nervously.

He nods in response. "How come you have two sides." I point to his hair. "One side is ice, one side is... fire." He says slowly.

"That's cool!" I exclaim. The boy nods. "I don't use my fire side." He informs. "I could tell- not that I was like weirdly staring at you! It's just, I've never seen you use it... so." I say awkwardly.

He nods, leaning back in his seat, "I didn't think you were weirdly staring at me." I nod slowly, copying the boys' actions and leaning back.

After a few moments the boy speaks up. "So, your parents are like my dad then." I snap my head in his direction, not expecting him to speak up after that awkward conversation and sitting back up again. "Were," I correct. "But yeah! Famous. Is your dad as annoying as they were though?" I joke.

He laughs slowly. "You have no idea."

"Oi, oi. We're here, stop yelling." Aizawa-Sensei says. The bus pulls to a stop and I jump from my seat, fixing my suit. I hold my hand out to Todoroki. "C'mon Todoroki-Kun, let's stand beside each other." I smile.

"No thanks." He politely declines. I frown in response and look away. "Maybe next time though." I nod, "Okay." I sigh, walking up to find Mina.

"Hello everyone! I've been waiting for you." Thirteen stands in front of us, her space suit shining. We all gasp in excitement.

"Woo-hoo! Thirteen is one of my favourite heroes!" Uraraka exclaims.

"I can't wait to show you what's inside."

I look at every detail in the large building, gasping excitedly each time. "Holy shit! It looks like some kind of amusement park!" Kirishima exclaims from beside me. I elbow him and point at the slide looking thing at the shipwreck area. "That looks like fun!" I giggle.

"A shipwreck, a landslide, a fire, a windstorm... etcetera." Thirteen points out.

"I created this facility to prepare you to deal with different types of disasters." She opens her arms wide. "I call it the Unforeseen Simulation Joint."

"Before we begin, let me just say one thing- well maybe two things- possibly three."

"Listen carefully, I'm sure you're aware I have a powerful quirk. It's called black hole, I can use it against anything and suck it up, turning it to dust." Midoriya nodded from the front of the class. "That's right! I've seen you use it against a ton of villains before!"

She nodded, "But my quirk could also be very easily used to kill." A few people gasped from the crowd.

"Some of you also have powers that could be dangerous. In our superhuman society all quirks are certified and stringently regulated." She began to explain, although my mind sometimes does a certain thing where it just does not listen.

I looked around at each area longingly. The ruins zone looked the coolest, dark atmosphere, buildings broken everywhere. I can't stop getting more and more excited.

Suddenly, Thirteen bows, "That's all I have to say." My eyes widen. Did I just miss that entire speech?!

"Kirishima-Kun!" I hiss, "What did she just say?" Kirishima looks at me and shrugs. "You really think I-" He freezes. "You what? I really think you what?!" I whined. He pointed at the black hole where countless of people emerged.

"Is that part of our training?"

"Is that part of our training?"
