Elena's POV:

"Let her be Ben!"

"Keep quiet. It's fun."

"Ben stop," I hear Alex whisper yell.

I scrunch up my nose as I hear them speak. I slowly shift in my position but pause when I feel pain at the back of my neck.

Shouldn't have slept here on the couch. Point noted.

I slowly open my eyes and blink to get the black dots away. I narrow my eyes to see Ben smiling at me.

Smiling.

As in like a cheshire cat.

I jolt up from my sleeping position. Alex stood behind Ben looking away from me as he tries to suppress his laugh. My face clearly shows the confusion which clouds my mind.

What's so funny?

Ben gets up from his kneeling position and crosses his arms on his chest and nods his head.

"One of my finest art work."

My eyes widens as his words settles in my mind.

He did not.

I jump of the couch and rush towards the bathroom. I stand in front of the sink and look in the mirror. My jaw drops.

No...

I hear a booming laughter which I purposely ignore as I wash my face. I look back up and it's still there. Why is this not coming off? I get frustrated and scrub my face hoping the ink of the black marker comes off.

"Benjamin Edward sterling! I swear to God if this is permanent then you can say your last goodbye to everyone," I scream on top of my lungs.

He walks in casually before bursting out into a fit of laughter and walks out of the room after looking my face.

"I can't. It's too funny to look," he says.

I glare at him. I think I might accidentally murder him one day.

Alex walks in and leans against the door as I turn around to wash my face again.

"It's not that bad," he comments.

"I have a butterfly and some weird looking stars on my face Alex. It is bad," I hiss in anger.

"It's not a butterfly. He tried plane and it turned out to look like a butterfly," He says. I turn around and point to the shaded ink.

"How do I get this thing off?"

He walks forward and grabs a few set of tissues before turning towards me.

"Tissues ain't gonna work." I state in anger. I take a brief nap and all things go to hell. This is what is like to have siblings around you 24/7.

"It won't but," he pauses as he reaches for his pocket and shows a bottle. "This can."

"What's this?"

"You will see," he states before dripping a few drops on the tissue. The serum immediately soaks on it. Alex brings his hand up towards my cheek. I instinctively move back. He rolls his eyes.

"It helps you with getting rid of that ink," he explains before repeating his previous action of reaching for my cheek. I let him this time.

He slowly wipes the tissue on my cheek, his eyes solely concentrated on it. I feel the cool texture of the serum glide across my cheek. He shifts his hand to my other cheek repeating the process.

"Did you know we are an hour late to the meeting?" Alex says.

"Really?"

"Um-hum."

"How did you get this serum?"

On hearing my question he chuckles. My eyes narrow as he slowly stops laughing and moves towards my nose. Did I mention that there was a full moon drawn on my nose?

"That's an interesting story. Ben dragged me with him to shop something and you might ask why he dragged me. Well, you were asleep and he wanted a walking talking debit card."

"Of course."

"Then he bought a marker, which is totally unnecessary for him since I have never seen him study ever in my life. He also bought this serum which gets rid of the marker."

"Then you put two and two together and stole the serum," I end the sentence for him.

He pulls his hand away and meets my eyes and nods. I was so into the story that I didn't notice that we are technically invading each other's space. I think Alex realised that as he tries to take a step back but pauses when a flash went off.

"Did he mention that we bought it in the black market?"

We quickly turn our head to see Ben smiling at us with his phone upfront.

"The picture is perfect. Should I post it in our group?" Ben asks as I roll my eyes and turn towards the sink to wash my face.

Alex on the other hand is opposing as he ran towards Ben trying to pry the phone out of his hand.

"Ben, don't. It's not funny." Alex yells.

I walk out of the bathroom wiping my face with a towel. I look up to see they both run in circles. Alex pauses before jumping over the couch and grabs Ben. They both wrestle on the ground and Ben pulls his hand back as far as possible.

I walk towards the counter where I placed my jacket. I grab hold of it and put my arms through it. I walk out to see both of them still fighting on the floor.

"Boys, stop!" I hiss. We are already running late for the meet and they have to fight over a photo.

Just in time, the door opens with a loud bang and Liam stood there. He looks frustrated.

"How long does it take for you both to wake Eighteen huh? Chief over there looks like a roasted turkey."

I chuckle. Liam can only muster up the courage to speak of chief like that in here. In front of chief, he acts like a good student.

"What's going on here?" he asks, looking down at Alex and Ben. Ben immediately throws his phone towards Liam muttering 'catch'. Liam instinctively grabs hold of it and looks through the phone. He smirks.

"Liam, delete that."

"Post it."

"If you post it, I'll break your head."

"He knows what he has to do." Ben says.

"Can you all stop!" I say.

They ignore me.

"Well," Liam says, his finger hovering over the screen. Suddenly all of our phone ping.

"I think I accidentally posted it."

I pull out my phone to see instead of posting in our private group, he posted it in professional.

And chief is the admin.
