Chapter thirty-two: Sign

I got my gun and followed Enzo to the main door or entrance, this is the worse monthsary if this ends up badly. I don't want Luke to see our cold dead bodies when we get killed. 

We estimated that there are more or less than 25 people that breached in our perimeter. We don't have any defense whatsoever because we didn't thought that our lives will be in danger at this place. 

Ang akala namin may relax time kaming dalawa with Luke. Pero ngayon maaring makita ni Luke ang ginagawa naming pagpatay. It's currently dinner time at nandito sila nangiistorbo. 

Si Enzo ang unang lumabas, we're taking a look if the persons that give out sign that they want us dead is targeting Enzo. But no one took advantage of the situation that he's alone. So they're probably targeting me. 

Lumabas ako at nagkasa ng baril, "Let's get fucking over with!" Sigaw ko at tinutok ang direksyon ng baril sa sniper namin sa likod. You think they coould fool me? I have the eys of an eagle, I can practically sense or see someone up to 20 meeters away from me. 

Doon lang nabuhayan ang mga kalaban at nagsilabasan na. Sampu lang ang lumabas, they're probably doing their attack by batch. Probably exhausting us first by every group of men so that when the last wave we'll be weak. But that won't happen, because I won't let that happen. 

They all are boring, easy to beat, easy to kill. Easy to feed the predator, which is us. Their moves are heavy, easy to predict. Kaya magiging madali lang para sa amin ang pagtapos ng laban na ito. 

I punched the person running after me, and cracked his neck before slashing his throat with a knife. Now that is a unique way of ending a persons life. Masyado na kasing gamit yung sisipain mo tapos tututukan mo ng baril, maiba naman tayo. 

Enzo pulled a person and smashed him down to my direction, I got a rock and did the honor of ending that mans life. 

"I see you're finding a unique way to kill someone, isn't pulling the trigger not making the cut?" 

I laughed before I answered, "nah." 

First wave is done and you can't see any sweat from us, not even a drop because that shit was just easy. 

Fighting underneath the pale moonlight, I might say ang saya nito ah.

They throwed a smoke grenade kaya nalabo ang paningin namin, hindi ko makita si Enzo. Pero may naririnig akong mga putok ng baril. I was about to walk when someone grabbed my hand and pulled me away. When I looked at that person it was just him. I sighed a sign of relief. 

She motioned me to keep quiet, nasa sulok kami ngayon at wala kaming usok na nakikita. Umalis kasi kami sa area kung saan sila nagbasak nung grenade. 

"Bakit tayo umalis?" Tanong ko, he smirked. 

He pulled me closer to him and he placed his mouth next to my ear, "Sila kasi mga bobo, they will kill theirselves in that smoke kasi hindi nila makikita ang isa't isa." Nagulat ako ng bigla niya akong halikan sa leeg. Tinapik ko siya, at natawa naman siya nang makitang namumula ako. 

The smoke was slowly fading kaya nagkasa na ako ng baril dahil another wave nanaman. 

Mayroon lalaking papalapit sa akin pero biglang nagring ang phone ko, I checked it was an unknown caller id. Shutanginames, baka isa sa mga number ni ate. Hindi ako pwedeng magpa-control ngayon dahil nasa peligro pa ang buhay namin. 

I answered the call and acted cold. Becuase you never know who this person is. 

"Who are you?" I asked. Whoever this person is, he or she might be the reason why we are fighting right now. 

[It's me.] Si Riley ang sumagot. Tumakbo ako palayo sa mga taong may dalang kutsilyo. Napansin ni Enzo na may kausap ako kaya binaril niya ang taong papunta sa akin.

Kahit ang hirap magpanggap, I acted rude. "Didn't I blocked you, what the fuck? What the hell do you want from me? Shit!" Muntik na akong matamaan ng bala. Mabuti nalang at nahila ako ni Enzo papalapit sa kanya. 

"Ikaw ba ang babaeng nasa ball?" Tanong ni Riley, so they concluded that I was the girl who shouted I am Ravenna bla bla bla. I actually thought that we just let them think that. 

Nalayo ako muli kay Enzo pero sumigaw siya, "Hendrix! 7 o'clock!" Hindi naging mabilis ang reaction ko dahil natamaan ako ng bala sa hita. Binagsak ko ang telepono ko para barilin yung taong gumawa nun sa akin. 

They probably heard a lot of gunshots kasi nasa mismong gitna ako ngayon. 

"You're bleeding!" Sigaw ni Enzo, umiling ako bago itulak siya pabalik. We don't need to make a commotion out of my bleeding thigh. 

"Damn it, I'm fine." I picked up my phone before speaking.

"What the heck would I do to a ball?" I pretended that I don't know what she's talking about. But I'm impressed that they conclude me as the lady. 

"I-i uhm..." She must have ran out of things to talk about. Nauutal na siya eh.

I sighed, "If you're just gonna waste my fucking time, everytime. Just simply don't call me. I don't wanna hear any other shits from you ever again." I ended the call and placed my phone back in my pocket. 

"Last wave darling. Let's finish it." Tumango ako bago makipag barilan muli. 

Natapos na ang laban at tinawagan ko sila Maverick, Saya at Jesse para linisin ang lugar. We were about to go inside the door when we heard slow claps from behind. 

"Ravenna Hendrix, and Enzo Okazaki? I knew something was going on between you two. But don't worry when we meet again with Kaede and the others I won't tell them that you two are together. But I won't promise you that we'll not kill you all." 

I looked at who was speaking, it's Revon Stewart was a Stellard. 

"What the hell are you doing here?" Inis na tanong ko, he just laughed. 

"I know what you did to Stellard. You killed him, and that was great. But consider this as a threat, the Remingtons and the Stellards will be reborn." 

And after that he disappeared like a bubble.

We fucking finished them, but oh wait. There are some ex-Stellards and Remingtons, and they could bring the gang back up. And all this is dangerous.
