Chapter thrity-seven: Brawl

I was already in position with Enzo. And we already sensed that the people of Remingtoon and Stellards are already within our vicinity. Hinihintay nalang nila sila Kaede. 

They probably knew that they will take another stroll out the alley where they found me, and hoping that I would happen to be there. 

Well they're probably right, I'm here. But I don't know if I'll be able to protect everyone. Cause I know that Enzo is also tired and weak already. Just by seeing him smile weakly I know that he needs a rest. 

So when I find a chance, I will cover his nose with a sleeping ointment. And I'll handle the rest, darling. 

"Okay, so you understand now?" Tanong niya. At tumango ako sa kanya. 

"You will pretend that you hated my guts and that my love for you is fake and then you would point a gun at me. And the we'll go with the flow on what's going to happen next." He nodded before looking down again, nakita na namin sila Kaede. 

Kumpleto sila actually, they seem to be bothered, but I don't care. Pinasok nila yung gulo na to eh, they have to face it. 

I saw the men who dropped the smoke grenades to blind them, halatang nagulat sila doon pero ayon na nga ang nangyari. Bumaba kami parehas ni Enzo. Dinala nila sila sa warehouse kineme namin ni Enzo. Kami na ang mauuna sa pagkidnap sa kanila kaysa naman na mapunta sila sa mga Remington. 

Dumating kami doon sa warehouse at nandoon sila nakatali ang mga kamay at paa pero makakapagsalita sila dahil hindi namin nilagyan ng panyo ito or tali. 

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Sabi ni Enzo habang suot ang devilish smile niya. Natawa naman ako, hindi bagay sa kanya maging kontrabida, he's sweet and innocent at sometimes, so kindapping? I know he can't do that ng hindi labag sa loob niya. 

Lumapit siya lalo sa kanila, puro masasama ang tingin sa kanya at sa akin."Kaede, Hailey, long time huh? It is been what four or five years? I can't recall. Anyways what are you guys doing here in Japan?" Umupo siya sa harapan nila at nag indian seat na parang magkakaroon lang ng chitchat. 

Sumunod ako sa kanya at naupo sa tabi ni Enzo, kahit nakamask ako alam ko namang alam nila na ako to. But Enzo insisted for me to wear one. 

"You should just let go of us, Enzo!" Sigaw ni Kaede na nagpupumiglas sa pagkatali ng mga tao ni Enzo. Just by seeing her or them like this parang gusto ko umiyak at sabihin 'tama na, ako nalang pahirapan niyo.' But we need to lure out the rats. 

RatS. Remingtons at Stellards, oh diba ang talino ko. 

"You should stop trying, hinding hindi ko kayo mapapakawalan." HE laughed before turning to my direction. 

Bigla kaming may narinig na pumalakpak sa likod namin kaya lahat ng atensyon napako sa taong iyon. And we have done it, these are the RatS. 

"Very well done, Enzo. We didn't actually think you could pull everything off."

"But let me tell you, you are nothing but a trying hard agent. That can't even impress your own parents. So let us take it form here." One of the Stellards hindi ko na kailangan banggitin ang mabaho niyang pangalan.

Nilingon ko ang sila Kaede, at walang reaksyon sa mga mukha nila. As if they already knew that they were there on the first place. I know you will break that mask of yours Kaede, alam kong takot ka ngayon pero ayaw mo lang ipakita dahil ayaw mong magmukhang mahina.

Tumayo ako at tinanggal ang mask ko, enogh with this shit. I need to do something.

"Heiress of Hendrix mafia corporation. We bow down to your honor." Pangaasar pa ng mga Stellards. Lumapit sila kay Enzo at tinutukan ng baril.

"Good bye." Sabi nito, ngunit nahatak ko si Enzo at pinaamoy ang sleeping ointment that should last for about 30 minutes. Ibinato ko siya sa direksyon nila Kaede. I also removed the rope around Kaede's arms para mapakawalan niya ang iba. 

"Now you're being the hero? Hindi ka bayani Ravenna, one day you'll have to chose kung kanino ka kakampi. And I want you to pick right now, Enzo or your friends." 

Lumingon ako sa kanila na nakatyo na ng maayos, may mga hawak na na baril at ready nang makipag laban. I just smirked before whistling. I checked my nails para mas lalong maasar pa sila. 

"What the fuck are you doing? Hindi ka ba natatakot?" 

I yawned before answering his stupid question. "No, for me I think this is pretty boring. I mean you guys are devil masterminds or whatever crap you call yourselves but you're still making a speech that you think might fright us, you guys are wrong." 

"We are a team, and even if we were apart. We still have our backs, six, o wait ten stronger together assholes!" Then the bomb went off at agad ko silang hinatak paalis doon. 

"You, and Ryota." Turo ko doon sa asawa ni Kaelyn at sa fiance ni Kaede. Tinaasan nila ako ng kilay. "Cut that act, ako na nga ang tumutulong sa inyo so wag na kayong magpanggap na sobrang taas ng galit niyo sa akin, carry Enzo. And all of you follow me."

Kahit naguguluhan sila sumunod naman sila sa akin, dadalhin ko sila sa unit namin ni Enzo. I just need to get them out of the Remington and Stellards vision. Dahil alam kong sila ang gagamitin panlaban sa akin. 

Pagkarating ko namin sa unit namangha sila, oo na malaki na yung unit. Inilapag ni Gavin si Enzo sa masters bedroom at yung iba naman ay naupo sa iba't ibang upuan. 

We were all silent don't know where to start. Tumayo si Kaede at Hailey at nagulat nalang ako ng bigla nila akong sampalin. Sabay pa talaga at magkabilang pisngi ko pa. Okay na yon atleast natural na yung pagkared ng cheeks ko. Joke! masakit, sobra. 

Kaede twisted her rists as if it had a nice feeling at si Hailey naman ngumiti lang sa akin. 

"Damn that feels good." Sabi ni Kaede. I just stayed there shock while looking at them. 

May mix emotions ata yung dalawa dahil bigla nalang nila ako niyakap. Kahit marami akong kasalanan sa kanila tinanggap ko ang yakap nila. 

"We don't have time for the drama guys." Sabi ko. 

Binatukan nila akong dalawa. "Ikaw, bakit ka napak cold sa amin? You even cursed your ate a ton of times!" Sigaw ni Kaede. 

"At ano ang label niyo ni Enzo? That's your ex diba? At nakita mo naman, kinidnap mo pa kami, siya yung may pakana non noh?" Tanong naman ni Hailey. 

Di ko sila sinagot at tumingin sa gawi nung boys, Cassian was just starring at me. 

"I know you guys have a lot of questions but please save it. I promise you that I or we will answer them after killing the Remingtons and Stellards. And also, congrats on being the future mrs. Raichu Kaede. Buti ka pa." Sabi ko bago ngumiti, nagpasalamt naman siya. 

"Ikaw Calyx, ano balak mo kay Hailey? Mukha namang ready na siya magcommit, suotan mo na din ng singsing!" 

We laughed kahit nasa mahirap na sitwasyon pa din kami.
