I hate the word 'cutting'. it seems derogatory and rude, and quite blunt. And the word 'cutter'.

"Oh, you're a cutter? Freak."

I associate the words 'cutter' and 'cutting' with horrible things, bullying mainly. Because the people who are attacking you for self harming are trying to be asses, and trying to hurt you. So they're using 'cutter' in a bad way.

Going into a different direction now. I had a fight on Instgram *shocker* where this girl started by saying 'Ashton you fatherless cunt go cut yourself' -I hate the C word, I'm sorry mom bc I know you'll read this eventually- and I had to reply to her.

And I replied 'get out'. She said 'go cut yourself with Ashton' and it escalated -I say this bc I can't remember most of the conversation- and it escalated into I said 'I'm sorry that you feel the need to attack survivors' and she went 'pfft survivors' and basically she was just being a bitch.

Why would you attack someone for self-harm? It's something that very few people who self-harm are proud of, I get you're trying to hurt them, but that's a low blow. That's like saying 'you're fat' to a big person. Oh, really? Because I don't see that in the mirror every day. *sarcasm*

ygm?
