Stop. Just... Stop. (RANT BOOK)

This rant is revolving around Jason Viohni, also known better as the YouTuber VeeOneEye.

It's really hard for me to make this rant and I'm sorry if I sound stupid.

I had been a fan of Jason since maybe early 2013, late 2012. I was just finding out about YouTubers and I found him through one of his 'friends'. I say 'friends' because who fucking know if they were really close friends or not, he lied so much that if you asked if he had a dick he'd say no. That was besides the point. ANYWAY

I really liked Jason- his videos made me laugh and I liked his hair- I did a lot of art of him and he was an inspiration for me for a few of the stories I wrote and such.

But then after the Sam Pepper rape accusations came out, a few days later, so did accusations of Jason raping a girl. And then he makes a response video confirming that he did, indeed, rape her.

Me being a fan when this came out, I was extremely disappointed and upset. In a weird sense, I felt betrayed and distrusting. To me, Jason had been a guy who was nice and respectable and then all of a sudden he wasn't who I thought he was.

I cried a little (as childish as it is, I did) and I feel like I should've known better and seen it before I subscribed and shit that he wasn't trustworthy. But I didn't and I couldn't have seen that.

It's also been revealed that he has asked minors for nudes, sent nudes to minors, and tried to talk sexy to minors. Which is incredibly wrong and considering all of the minors he was interacting with were fans of him, he was abusing his power.

I do not think he should be on YouTube. What he did is just as bad as what Sam Pepper did, except no one is acknowledging that when they should.

These people who do these horrible acts should be removed from YouTube and not allowed back. Semi-quoting BriBry (another YouTuber who I, at the current time, trust way more than Jason) 'you can rebuild your life after (sexually abusing minors/people) but you can't get your (YouTube) career back. You can't return to your same job.' And he's right- we should not let these people return.

What upsets me even more is that people are trying to defend Jason. That it was 'a mistake' and he should be forgiven. Rape is unforgivable. You can't just forgive a person for raping another person. What Jason did was completely wrong and should be treated just as Sam Pepper is being treated.

This rant is all over the place and I apologize for that. I'll get back to normal, random rants soon- I just wanted to get my feelings out about that.
