✨Chapter 26✨

'Ghost of you' by 5sos plays as I wake up and shut it off. I realize it's Halloween and get excited, then I slip out of Awsten's arms. I put on a sweater and some socks, then I walk downstairs to see Mom mixing something. 

"Hey, Ma." I smile as she grins, and I walk in the kitchen. 

"Hi, honey." Mom hugs me. 

"Happy Halloween!" I cheer as we pull apart, and I sit on the counter. 

"Yes, happy Halloween." Mom giggles at my excitement. 

"Ok, I'm gonna take Lucy for a quick walk." I smile as Mom nods and I jump off the counter. 

"Alright, well, some pancakes should be done when you come back." Mom smiles as she pours some batter on the pan. 

"Ok, I'll see you in a bit, I love you." I say as I kiss her cheek and start towards the living room. 

"I love you too!" Mom says a bit louder than normal. 

"Come on, baby!" I baby talk to Lucy as she jumps off the couch. 

"You wanna go for a walk?" I pet her head as I kneel down and put her leash on. 

"Let's go!" I kiss her head as I stand back up, and we go out the door. 

We walk down to the pond, but Lucy doesn't want to stay, so we start back towards the house and play in the front for a bit. 

"Here's your breakfast." Mom smiles as she hands me a plate that has orange dyed pancakes with purple dyed syrup. 

"Aww, it's so sick!" I grin as she kisses my head and chuckles.

"Thanks, honey." Mom smiles as she heads towards the kitchen. 

"Do you want me to wake everyone up?" I ask as I set my pancakes on the coffee table. 

"Sure, thank you." Mom smiles at me from the kitchen. 

"No problem, Mama." I smile as she turns around to cook. 

I walk upstairs with Lucy following and go to my room first. 

"Hey, mom made breakfast!" I say loudly as I open the door and wake them all up. 

"Ok." Awsten mumbles in a morning voice as he sits up. 

"Lucy, you can bother them for a bit as I wake everyone else." I kiss Lucy as she starts licking Beckett, then I head out of the room. 

"Ash?" I ask as I knock. 

"Come in." Ashton says, sounding like he just woke up. 

"Hey, mom made breakfast again, and it's Halloween themed." I smile as Ashton smiles back. 

"Ok, I'll be down in a few." Ashton says softly in his morning voice. 

"Alright." I nod and head out to Mia's room. 

"Mia!" I say loudly as I climb on her. 

"What?" Mia whines as Calum laughs at us. 

"Mom made Halloween breakfast!" I whine back, copying her. 

"Alright." Mia groans as I put all of my weight on her. 

"Hey, Cal!" I smile as I wrap my arms around Mia as tight as I can. 

"Hey." Calum smiles as he laughs at me. 

"Get off me!" Mia yells as she pushes me off and starts tickling me. 

"Fuck! S-stop!" I laugh out as she slowly stops tickling me. 

"Fine." Mia laughs at me. 

"I gotta go wake Luke up." I say as I start trying to catch my breath.
